The property was clean, great facilities and a beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredible and the check in was smooth and efficient. The lovely receptionist on duty was extremely accommodating and took the time to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend for all to stay here.

We love Hotel Real La Merced. It is the only hotel we stay in when we visit Granada. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated old colonial mansion, and is conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from the Central Park. It is visually stunning. Beautiful hotel. We loved the pool and our room was so nice and comfortable. Airco was working really well and we had a nice view on our balcony. Bathroom was nice and clean and breakfast was perfect! We definitely would come back again!
