Thank you for allowing late check out without extra charge & complimentary parking space. If you want more often visit from the guest please once in a while offer lower rates like other 5 stars hotels are doing. Just my thoughts.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Lavender Inn again. The price performance ratio is very good.The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English/malay, so there were no miscommunication issues. Thank you!

The view out of the window is pretty, especially at night when you can see the lights of Sunway.
