The hotel staff, receptionist especially was friendly and helpful.
The room was huge, aircond was great, water heater did its job well and the hair dryer was available. Towels were clean and fluffy. Sheets etc were crispy clean.
I chose this hotel because although they didn't serve breakfast, there is a kopitiam restaurant just across that serves good local coffee and meal, 99speedmart is just down the road and of course, marrybrown. As it located in the city centre, it is near other eateries, mamak and the food area near the bus stop is worth a stop. Not the best but nice, peaceful and definitely not heavy on the pocket.
Oh they do have a communal fridge which works out pretty well.

Complete with basic necessities. Near to eateries and pharmacies. Water pressure was not that strong during peak hour, but it was strong during midnight/early morning. Easy and smooth check in/out process. You have to climb few stairs before taking the elevator to level 1 (receptionist). This may not be suitable for wheelchair user.
