Bernardo is a wonderful host, he met us personally late at night and we were not expecting that. The place is spectacular. Decor is super high end mexican. Cozy, clean, large rooms, large bath, shower is paradise. Deli beds. Super quiet. 10 min from Quetetaro airport. Gardens and vineyard are amazing.

The hotel is nice and modern. BUT I had a group of 3 people trying to forcibly enter the room at 3:30 AM, with a key provided to them by the night shift staff. It was not a case of mistaken room, they were trying to purposefully enter the room!
It was harrowing, untolerable and completely uncalled for. I HAD TO CHASE THEM AWAY FROM THE DOOR, half asleep and without completely understanding what was happening.
