The location was convenient, near a road and quite accessible. The staff were quite helpful to the point of helping us get cab services and food delivery on the first day. They were concerned about us being comfortable and ensured we were okay through out. I would definitely recommend.

1.The facilities are wonderful and cozy!
Linens, the quantities of hot water are fantastic !!! Additionally, they has a widely balcony in the other building, which is located inside a same area!! The view and atmosphere on the balcony are amazing!! I wonder why they haven’t appealed before!:) Although I had experienced a variety of showers of accommodation in Lesotho, the shower in K4 is the best in Lesotho,I think!!:)))
2. Breakfast doesn’t included! R70
I didn’t choose to eat it, but that was alright, because there are some small local shops in a road in front of this accommodation. I was able to have communication with them buying breads and fat cake! But, if I choose to eat breakfast here, I also will be happy to consume delicious dishes, which a member of the staff cooked! It would be good,as well:)))
3.staff are hospitable and socialize!
A owner came and picked me up at my first day in the accommodation to a place I can go with a local taxi driver, regardless it was almost 9:30pm. He accepted my suggestion and question. They worried about my feelings. It means I enjoy or not. They are so caring people. Housekeeper also good behaviors and lovely smile:)

The room size was big, spacious and included all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was good and filling allowing one to have a good start to the day. The parking space is massive. The staff is friendly and assistive with requests including the opening of the gate when a customer arrives.
The wifi was so good and allowed us to plan our day in peace.
Restaurants are basically five minutes away and that means one can get food delivery.
You get to rest while at Greenlake Guesthouse.

I didn't like anything. Potholes everywhere in the city.
I didn't like anything. Potholes everywhere in the city. People are hostile they always talk to you in their language even if you tell them you don't understand their language. Too much traffic congestion, people park cars in the middle of the road and it is nobody business. The city is horrible

As I was there for a wedding, I didn't have time to check out some of the must-see places which were about 2 - 3 hours drive from Maseru. will definitely go back to experience those. The Thaba Bosiu village and monument were amazing. I wouldn't recommend driving in the heart of Maseru as the local are crazy on the road, there is no uber in the country so you will have to just toughen up and drive in the area.

It’s a beautiful country with stunning scenery but it has too many underprivileged people.
The infrastructure is not up to scratch. A lot of development still needs to be done. There’s shacks everywhere and the town is not clean.
Travel is easy in one’s own transport.
Places to see : Katsi Dam, Maluti Mountain.

I was really disappointed, I did not expect such filth and disrespect.
The manner in which the residents drive was unacceptable. Everything is far apart, you have to drive long distances to get to destinations.

Palesa is such a warm welcoming woman and offers a lot of complementary things during your stay. The Apartment has a modern equipment with everything you need. It’s just a feel-good atmosphere. As I wasn’t able to find the right direction in the darkness due to heavy rainfalls and a damaged road she came to pick me up. She and her staff also fixed my issue with a flat tire at the next morning. I’m still speechless and so thankful for that. This accommodation will always be my first choice in Maseru. Thank you Palesa.
Teboho & Edwin keep it up guys you are the best you managed to host me appropriately, from check in to check out may you continue to offer this good services to all your future guests. The rooms are Modern and clean white sheets was bonus.wifi very good and stable, their kitchen stuff and friendly and professional the place has an very good lake view and quiteness.make no mistake when you are in Maseru and miss spending a night at this jam joint.I am really happy to have you as one of our future vacations Host.
I have been to 8 African countries and stayed in hotels and lodges in past three of my four months tour. So far, I received the most personalized service from K4 B&B in Lesotho. The Manager and staff went above and beyond to assure that all my needs were met. When transportation became an issue, the manager volunteered to tour me around the country… and wouldn’t accept more than the money for the fuel. Kind and selfless people do exist in the world 🥳
Cleanliness, welcoming staff, great breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well furnished with Wi-Fi and comparatively to other accommodation facilities around town I believe this is cheaper.
It might look far from town, but remember the country of Lesotho and Maseru itself are very small and in a cab it's just 15 to 25 minutes (for the latter if there is traffic)

The venue was clean and in a very quiet area. It also came with free wifi. The host was friendly enough to come get us as we were getting lost, thank you to the friendly people of Maseru who allowed us to use their phones to contact the host. We are most definitely planning on returning.
The whole movement behind this hotel says it all and makes everything entirely worth it. Kick4Life is such an inspiring project that I hope so many more learn about. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. The hotel's restaurant was delicious as well.
I really loved this place the host is amazing, makes you feell home and the surroundings are peaceful. Not far from the Maletsunyane Falls this place is perfect for traveling with kids I will definitely come back.
Good place to break up the trip in Lesotho! Had all the comforts needed… comfy big bed, good shower and working WiFi. The dinner was affordable and free tasty breakfast included
