The house was roomy and very cool, loved the decor and the views over the pool and gardens. The pool was lovely and the staff were so helpful. Loved the meal we were cooked that evening - so much food and great value for money.

I would like to share my experience at Treasure Rock. It was my first staying in villa’s type hotel and it’s absolutely amazing!
The staff is very polite and kind, always here to help, top service! The food is delicious and not very spicy, enormous portions.
The director of the hotel is a really nice lady! She organized us a free ride to the waterfalls.
The villa is a masterpiece, so stylish! 10 out of 10! Swimming pool is clean and very useful considering big ocean’s weaves.
Nearby there is the Yala Park with exotic animals and beautiful mountains.
I recommend this villa to those who really wants to stay away from big cities, it’s so calm and peaceful.
However words are not enough to describe this magnificent place, you have to discover it by yourself!

Very nice house in a colonial style located in beautiful garden. Nice to sit and eat on a terrace. An amazing beach just across the street. Tasty local curry for dinner. Elegantly served tea on a terrace. We definitely recommend stay in Kamlo.

There a lots of things to like! The owners (two brothers) said this was not a hotel but their home which we loved. No need to book a safari in advance, the brothers, arranged a safari tour with Thilanga who was brilliant with 20 years safari experience and more as he grew up in Yala. He sat with is (instead of just as a driver) and pointed out every animal we saw. We didn't actually see a leopard but Thilanga's knowledge and enthusiasm made it a brilliant day.
The bungalow is literally on the beach! and what a beach. I witnessed one of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen - see photos.

Great location for Yala Safari. The house is a 20-25min walk to Kirinda beach and less than 5 min to a shop with water, fruit and snacks. We stayed to do a 12hr safari with Santha the host which was very fairly priced and really enjoyable. Very generous breakfast and lunch on safari. Way more than we could eat. The room is clean and basic but provided what we needed. Lovely seating area outside the room to relax in the garden with some lovely plants.
Boasting a balcony with garden views, a garden and a bar, Kingfisher Beach Resort Yala can be found in Kirinda, close to Nidangala Beach and 500 metres from Kirinda Beach.

If you plan to visit Yala national park, this will be great choice to stay. The accomodation is nice, clean snd 2 minutes from the beach. The owner has build it all by himself. He is super kind, helpful and the best cook! Really recommend to have dinner at his place - we had red snapper and it was delicious.
He can also organise for you the safari tour.

I loved everything. We had an eleven-day scooter trip across the island, and Kirinda was our last stay before going home to Galle. The property is very well maintained; it looks new, minimalistic, and stylish. Everything was just perfect: the mattresses were super comfy, the AC worked properly, the shower was great, etc. But the main thing was the stuff and the food they cooked. I hadn't expected that I'd have one of the best dinners in five months in a place I had never heard of. Just spectacular!
kirinda rajamaha viharaya, yala safari , situlpauwa, tissamaharama and kataragama are nearest places to be visited in kirinda.kirinda beach resort also has restaurant and there are so many restaurants in kirinda as well as within 10 km in tissamaharamaya.
We could go for hours talking about Beach Bungalow Yala and especially its people. babu, Roshan and the team are the best people we met in Srilanka and probably in the world. They are kind, generous, genuine, sweet, smiling all the time. The stay was unforgettable in everything, the place itself is heaven on earth, the food is wonderful, the beach, the dogs, the cats… and again what made everything special was the energy of the people. We will never forget them in our entire life and we are coming again to stay here and to visit them.
The Hotel was a perfect choice. We booked for one night, but stayed one night more.
The guys working there are top! All of them were friendly, nice and willing to help. The food was prepared with a big love.
The room was so good equipped with everything you needed. Very clean and cozy.
The manager was very polite and very professional.
We booked half-day Safari. It was a great experience.
Thank you for a best time we spent on Sri-Lanka.
I can highly recommend this place.
We actually only wanted to stay for two nights, after realizing that the accommodation and Sehan's care was an absolute jackpot. We immediately extended it for as long as possible. he fullfilled all our wishes, food is the best we have ever had, shehan showed us the authentic life, excursions and all-round service like in a 5 star hotel. We will be back definitely.
shehan cares 24/7 for the guests, it’s a quiet Place - the beach feels like you are stranded at a private Island
It was a wonderful stay. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, but if we had no timetable we would have stayed longer. The host and hostess were super helpful and welcoming! They want to show you and explain and give you everything. The accommodation is as good as new and everything is super neat. If you are in Kirinda I definitely recommend staying here! Many thanks to the owners for the nice stay!
The beach next to the accommodation is amazing... Nobody and very nice. Not possible to swim but long walk along the ocean is nice.
As there's not a lot to do around, with no shop or restaurant it's good to have the possibility to have breakfast + diner at the accommodation. It's very good and the place is very pleasant, with a wonderful garden. Nice place to rest a bit during the travel
It felt like coming home... The staff and proprietor (Patricia Larkin) were absolutely lovely and it felt so soul-soothing. The shoreline was spectacular. Patricia and her staff went out of their way to arrange a great jeep driver and turn out delicious meals that were sometimes off the menu. I'd certainly see myself returning to this gem of a place tucked away on Nidangala beach!
This was nicely located in Kirinda, 30 mins away from safari spot. Nuwan, owner of the hotel took really good care of us. We faced challenge in getting a cab to Mirissa but he sorted that out as well. Would highly recommend staying here for good staff, good food and safari experience. Not to forget the beautiful birds that grace the location.
the location is in village Kirinda and far from the beach. it requires taxi to go. suits perfect for a short stay to visit Yala park.
price is reasonable. the hosting family has enough English to service the guests.
the breakfast is prepared personally by the host. tasty and authentic. we have stayed 3 nights.
Kirinda heaven is a new hotel in the Yala National Park area. We arrived late, and the proud owner welcomed us enthusiastically. Fresh paint, new furnishings, new everything greeted us including the perfectly maintained pool. At only a few rooms, it's a great small place to chat with fellow guests.
I have had a really comfortable stay at this resort. I got a awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner all served to the terrace in front of the room. The owner is a very kind person and the delicious breakfast was prepared even at 5:50am. The beach is stunning and I almost had the beach for myself.
Amazing underated location right by the beach. Beautiful rocks and temple to explore (great for enjoying the sunset) all within a couple of minutes' walking distance from the house. Staff were super helpful in organizing a yala tour for us and also making food to take with us!
Very pretty and tranquil property, lots of greenery, very well kept. It’s quite isolated but close to Yala National Park which is the most important. 2 gentleman running it were very helpful and attentive too. Bungalows are very spacious and clean.
Perfect place if you like to stay close to a wonderful beach and visit Yala or Bundala nationalpark, because it is right in the middle of those. Supernice owner who prepares excellent rice and curry, also very good breakfast.
We liked the staff and whole atmosphere of the accommodation. Nice beach close to it.
We can write or paint something on the bungallow wall where we stayed. Breakfast was tasty in front of our bungallow
The rooms are big and well-equipped. The bathroom was clean. The hotel has a beautiful, well-kept garden with a big swimming pool. Good wifi connection.
