Location. Clean. Convenient location near mall and Costco. Great amenities. Close to the airport. Professional staff. I love the soap and shampoo and conditioner very much and would like to purchase some if possible. I am happy that you have accommodations on the 2nd floor. Clean facility. Overall, I will highly recommend the J Hotel Rinku to all of my family and friends. Nagoya is now one of my favorite cities in Japan!

We were surprised to hear about the history of this town with pottery, and delighted to explore the old city through the minuscule streets! For those who like shopping, there's the biggest mall eve ever seen at Rinku Tokoname Station, more than 1km long with a cinema and karting races

The rooms were surprisingly comfortable and cheerful (definitely not gloomy) with great views of the airport and surrounding and a luxurious bathroom! The hotel has many thoughtful communal facilities and amenities for transit travelers. Eating options in the airport are plenty. Only 1 train stop away from the airport, and within a couple of minutes walk from the train station, this was perfect with luggage. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, and provided a warm welcome with a small amount of English. The room itself was very large by business hotel standards, and was impeccably clean. For the price I could not be happier.

Cheaper than the airport hotels with a lot more space. You need to sort out transport to the airport since its 10 mins by car but was a great way to start our holiday

But the bed was just way too hard. Hard as a rock. I did not get a good night's sleep, and that is the most important thing about a hotel. On the plus side, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was very helpful, the location was convenient and I appreciated the free airport shuttle.

Rooms are of modest size but well equipped, and like everywhere in Japan spotless clean. Their pajamas are nicer than the more standard night gowns you get in other hotels. The view on the bay from our 10th floor window was breathtaking. Airport stores and restaurants are also right there.

If you'd like to rent their road bikes, you pay but you have to pay 700yen (not sure if this is per hour or per day). The breakfast was also good. As for the rooms, we stayed at the Tatami room and it was very spacious! If I visit this area, I will definitely stay in this hotel again!
