I visited this place with my friend, where we stayed at b&b una terrazza sul golfo. It was a beautiful quaint town next to the sea. The people were welcoming, and greeted us every time we passed the main street. We felt very much at home there, I’d love to go back.

I understand this is a small place, but
I understand this is a small place, but
1- all the restaurants offer the same food at the same price. This is nonsense.
2- I and my partner wanted to have an aperitif and the only place was the season by vespa cafè. Despite we loved the vespa cafè in Palermo, this one was terrible: staff were very unprofessional (we left a review on google as well) and the food was under our expectation, especially because we loved the aperitif in via dell'Orologio.
3- We didn't know where to put our trash bags. Recycle is a mistery there.
4- we expected clean pure seawater, but it was actually dirty because of the high number of boats going up and down. Often I smelled gasoline. Horrible. Especially because there is a natural reserve just aside. People, you should respect the treasure you have.
5- If I want to get a bus from Palermo to Sferracavallo it is better to rent a car. Public transports don't exist.
In sum, it is a really nice place but managed by incompetent people.
The council administration should be ashamed.

S. is a regular suburb of Palermo,There are no particular sights. It is relatively quiet. Along the little port there several decent fish-restaurants with acceptable prices - for locals.
It takes 30-40 minutes by metropolitan bus to the center of the city, about every 10 minutes, depending on the traffic. Gives you the advantage of leaving your car and not having to look for parking facilities in the center of Palermo.
S. is situated halfways between the city and the airport - an advantage when leaving.
The accommodation was beautiful, as was the view from the terrace. The staff was so very friendly, and Irina the owner was such an angel. She gave us all the info we needed, about the best beaches, restaurants, the goings on in Sferracavallo and she even helped us with public transport when we were confused. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very nice and had airco. Besides all that, Sferracavallo was such a nice place with welcoming people. We will definitely be returning!
The host was fantastic!! He was excellent at communicating with us the entire trip, and made sure we had directions to the property. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts so kind to us. I was blown away by the views of the hotel!!! This exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this to groups of friends, individuals, couples, and families. Thank you! This is walking distance to good restaurants and beautiful beach views.
The Host Irina was amazing, she was very kind and gave a lot of tips for us. The location was very good. The property was very cozy and beautiful. Our room was with the sea view, very big and very nice. Everything was extremely clean and smelling amazing good. We had included the very nice breakfast option in the amazing restaurant other side of the street, just a half of minute from hotel.
The place was really beautiful with a nice garden where we used to have a delicious breakfast. Giovanna and Pino are incredible people and they made us feel like a at home.
Also the place is good located in a small town next to the sea, with amazing restaurants. The train station was 3 min. walking, so you are really good connected (Palermo, Isola delle Femmine and Airport).
It's really nice location , safe and just next to the sea ⛵ I I think it's a really great place for people who like hiking and going to swim on the wild beach... Because there is a very good place to swim 20 minutes away from the apartment.
It's a very good option for those who need to go to the airport as well.
Properties are really clean and the room was very clean.
The house was located in a really cute alley. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was very welcoming, he even picked us up from the Sferracavallo train station.
