It's right on the ocean, restaurant has waves lapping right outside. Staff were very helpful and problem solved our pre-arranged taxi pickup at the Civititechia port. Would definitely stay again.

Santa Marinella is a very quiet town, with very few food options at the time I visited, second week of April. I feel that the beach and bay area could be renovated to be more welcoming. The best restaurant to eat was Punicum, their food was 10/10. It wasn't well advertised, I stumbled upon it whilst out walking one day.ClaireAustralia - 8.0Scored 8.0

The ocean is steps away. We were there off season so many things were closed. Come a little later in April. Restaurants around our BB opened after 7 , se we ventured a little further and found options open prior to 7.

This was a pleasant place to spend a few days before taking a cruise from Civitiveccia which is just one rail stop away. Winter temperatures were excellent for walking around the resort and visiting adjacent towns by rail. Fantastic place and people!
Fantastic place and people! Lovely terrace overlooking the beach , very good breakfast and wonderful hosts . Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and shops easy walking distance . They even brought us to the airport at the end of our stay at a very reasonable price, stay here if you can and get the terrace room for a fantastic holiday !

The hosts were wonderful.
The hosts were wonderful. The room was great for a night or two. Located close to beach. The small fridge was appreciated. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the road... more of a large soaking pool with attached jet tub. Lots of outdoor seating and lovely second floor terrace. The room that we hade was with a nice balcony and it was big. It was for three people but we were only two. The balcony is nice but it needs some touch up. The room and the bathroom was nice and big but also needs a bit of a touch up. The breakfast was nice. Not a big selection but enough and it was nice to sit close to the sea eating your breakfast there. Parking was also free and that was nice.PatweisSweden

The location is perfect for visiting Rome like we did multiple times and is fairly close to Naples, Pisa, Florence and other bigger cities. The host was very kind and even left us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate the New Year as we landed on the night of the switch of the year. There was plenty of coffee to get us up and going. The windows have solid roller blinds that won't let any sunlight into the house if so desired
