The communication with the reception was great, fast and super friendly. The appartments are located in a quite area and are spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and I am sure, we could have gotten even more equipments or olive oil if we had ask as the team was super friendly and supportive at all times! :) Grazie mille!

- the apartment had anything we needed (e.g. washing machine and products to use to refresh clothes after swimming or beach chairs/umbrella we could borrow etc.)
- we also really liked facilities in the kitchen - we actually cooked for 2 days and were able to find anything we could think of there (incl. spices, olive oil, coffee)
- two separate bedrooms (we travelled in 2 couples) plus a big common space to use
- Comfortable outdoor areas - table to eat, coffee table as well as barbecue area
- instruction on how to use the facilities in the apartment sent in a form of a video

Small but lively little town, with shops, markets, bars and restaurants. Nice couple of small beaches and small harbour with plenty of nautical activities available. Porto San Paolo is very well located from Olbia, which is a bigger town with plenty of activities, shops, etc as well as the airport. There is really good public transport that allows you to reach a good number of paradisiac beaches in a relative short time.

Porto San Paulo is one of the precious places we ever visited. If you are looking for peaceful place to take rest , body and soul , you found it exactly between the most popular places which are very crowded and fancy .It’s very close to the most beautiful wild beaches. Real Smaragds of Costa Esmeralda . People are polite and helpful. Especially if you had host as we had in our Villa signore Marco Manera 💪

The village is split between the main road area and the port. The port has ferries to Tavolara which is highly recommended. Shops and restaurants with one main supermarket on the road towards the port. Beaches are small and pebble/sand mix. Better beaches elsewhere. Expensive restaurants. We liked the takeaway pizza best. You can walk everywhere quite easily. Our main problem was restaurants not available at childrens dinner time but this is typical for Italy.

I think Porto San Paolo is a bit different than other parts of Sardinia, we found that the money-centric holiday town to be overcrowded flashy and less friendly than other parts of Sardinia. We think that Porto perhaps suffers from being so close to Porto Cervo and the airport. It is however, undeniably beautiful, but so it the rest of the island where it is also much more chill.

This place is well connected to numerous beach spots, within 30 minutes drive you'll have plenty of places to visit for a week. The food is superb, "La conchiglia da Enrico" is definitely the best place around for grilled seafood, mussels and amazing pasta dishes.

Since we checked In everything went perfect. They made us a room upgrade which was very nice! The location is very Convenient. Around the hotel you can find a supermarket, pharmacy and some nice restaurants, Breakfast was very good however it was the same every morning but we liked it, the staff is very helpful, gentle and responsive. We definitely recommend to stay at this nice property for a nice and peaceful vacation.
The apartment was lovely, homey, very accessible, with a scenic walk to the various surrounding restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean and stocked with every appliance you could want for a comfortable extended stay. Maria and the other staff were especially hospitable, making recommendations for not only Porto San Paolo but Olbia and Cagliari as she knew we were spending time there on our trip too.
No complains to make , everything was great to be honest! Cute house , traditional and clean, very quiet and with an incredible view . The host was waiting for us with wine and cheese and also you can ask him anything about restaurants, beaches or whatever you wish. The fact that every room has its own bathroom is also a really nice plus. Comfortable beds , equiped kitchen .
The food was FANTASTIC especially the pasta. There was no repitition over a 4 night stay and two choices of pasta per day.
The staff were super friendly especially the two ladies on reception.
Loved that the the beach sunbeds were included for the stay and how close to the beach the hotel is.
Clean, fresh, modern hotel. beautiful terrace and Pool, great sun loungers and view. Often had pool to ourselves. The staff at this hotel are the most polite and respectful I have experienced, always smiling and nothing too much trouble, they made our stay feel special.
Great breakfast.
Our contact person Maria was exceptionally helpful and cheerful and really went above and beyond. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a short stay. It's location in Porto San Paolo, a small beach town about 20 minutes outside of Olbia, was ideal.
This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at, I never wanted to leave: The views were stunning, breakfast and lunch was incredible, all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Would rate this a 15/10 if I could! Will hopefully be back to stay soon.
the property was full of mosquitos. the rooms
do not have wifi. when i discovered this, i was denied a refund without ever entering the room or getting the key. do not waste your money here. Hotel Residence San Paolo right up the street is the better option.
The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the staff was nice, they provided deliciously scented soaps, and had a cafe in the hotel lobby. The price was amazing for the service we received. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.
We liked the kitchen equipment and the furniture. It is a very convenient location for trips at the east coast of Sardinia. Very good value for the money. Especially the host Maria was very nice and welcoming.
Distance to beach was like 3 min by foot plus nice restaurant on the beach. Great view to Tavolara island. Very family friendly staff and also ready to help in any case. Small hotel with good atmosphere.
The rooms are big in a nice resort residential area, its located near commodities (restaurants, pharmacy, shops, bus stop...) and 10 minutes from the sea. Quick answers from the hosts!
Everything about this place is perfect. The food, the rooms, everything. Its like an italian countryside dream. We loved every minute here. The best place we hjave been in Sardinia.
Good food for dinner and breakfast. Nice pool. Friendly animals on the grounds (peacock and horse). And they have the only Pickleball court we found in Sardinia!
