The host was very responsive to my complaint. It was a hot week and their ac system was not yet activated. Owner went and got me an oscillating fan, which made it bearable. Great host.

The gardens are well kept and a joy to spend time in. we traveled with a little dog, which was not a problem. Max was loved by all. There is a wonderful pool, with lots of places to sit, either in the sun or shade. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Umbria, I would totally recommend this place.MoniqueYoung couple

Very friendly and hospitable, sociable, ready to help with advice (parking in Perugia, local attractions, etc.). Every morning she pampered us with a special hot dish for breakfast and each time with truffle, having learned that we love it)). High recommendations!

He really helped us a lot and was very kind. The view of the lake is great, we stayed at the second floor. Many places to eat at are nearby. Close to the main city Perugia. The place is full of character, with beautiful corners inside and out. We had great tours of the region during the days and a restful evenings admiring the sunset from the garden. Also, excellent value for money.
