The staff and grounds of the hotel are amazing but the rooms are very tired. The walls in the apartment are paper thin, and I could hear peoples full conversations in the next hotel rooms.

I was only there overnight and stayed a week in Rimini...
I was only there overnight and stayed a week in Rimini before travelling to Cinquale. It's a quieter less frenetic Rimini. Hardly any shops and restaurants by comparison, but still nice (less crowded beaches) - I did stay in September though. I liked what I saw, and would have preferred to stay longer, but had a long journey to complete.

Breakfast is nice, every day you can choose what fresh pastry to get. Tasty coffee which you can drink in the garden. I mentioned that the hotel is pet friendly. And owners have a cute doggo as well. Location is good, beach is 5 minutes to reach. You can get both to free and payed beaches. Area has multiple good restaurants to visit. Calm and beautiful. The swimming pool was covered which allowed for swimming even on rainy days and the beach was just across the street.
