The location was perfect! The staff was pleasant and helpful; we were pleased that we had a good place to park in an underground lot and the cost was subsidized by the hotel - a nice gesture. The room comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was ok. We would stay here again!

We were warmly greeted by the host who met us at the property at the agreed time. Our room was light and spacious. We were provided with a kettle on request and our breakfast vouchers which were valid at a nearby coffee & cake shop. It is a few minutes walk to the centre of town.

A stay in Ascoli Piceno is made unforgettable by the town's remarkable museums. The Pinacoteca Civica, with its Renaissance and Baroque masterpieces, and the Museo Archeologico Statale, offering a glimpse into the town's ancient past, were highlights of our visit. These cultural gems added depth and richness to our Italian adventure, making it an experience we'll treasure forever.

This medieval town is a hidden gem.
This medieval town is a hidden gem. Roman and medieval buildings are a feature of this town and the historic centre is the place to be! There is history on every street and in summer the streets and piazzas are alive with locals going about their business as well as festivals and various events.
A definite must-see if you want to get away from the well-worn tourist traps and enjoy a genuine Italian experience. Friendly locals, cheap prices and truly relaxing experience awaits. A 2-3 day trip to just unwind is ideal.
I'll be back!

Ascoli is a great city, the city centre is perfectly sized to allow you to lose yourself on foot in the delightful rue (as the alleys are called).
There are many activities to do and things to see such as churches and bridges.
Don't be afraid to ask the locals for information or a hand, they are very friendly and sociable and will definitely help you out.
Also in terms of food, it offers a wide range of options from typical to pubs to pizzerias to vegetarian...
Also with regard to nightlife, you will certainly find something to do in the evening and you will never get bored.
The only thing, a piece of advice... bring a good hat and plenty of fresh water in summer, it's veeeery hot...
So go and visit Ascoli and tell me yourself
Enjoy your visit!

After seeing so many towns and villages constructed of brick, it was nice to be surrounded by stone once more. The back streets are fun to wander about, there are plenty of ancient churches to visit, and the Piazzas Popolo and Arringo are both impressive.
If you are interested in visiting Ascoli, this place is perfect. It is only a few minute walk to the town gate. And a few more to the center of town. Ascoli is a fun city to visit at night with good restaurants and wine bars. So it is great to walk to dinner, have a few glasses of wine and walk back to the room in no time. The hosts were very friendly and you can't beat the price. Our room at a balcony with views of the city towers. There is ample parking on the street. It is very simple to drive to the place and easy to get out.
The Nido is perfectly located for visiting the historic centre 10 minutes walk across the river bridge. The apartment has a balcony with a lovely view across the river to the old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Our host, Antonella, saved a car parking space directly opposite the apartment.
Travelling with Dogs: Antonella did not charge extra for our dog and 5 minutes up the road almost directly opposite, is a handy little park for those morning/evening outings.
There is not a better location in Ascoli Piceno. We were tucked in an alley right between the beautiful Piazza del Popoplo and Piazza Arringo. Check in was a breeze, as we were given the outer and inner entrance codes ahead of time. The elevator was a blessing, at times. We were in a large apartment with a huge wraparound deck and a great view. My conversations with the host before our stay were very helpful and we would most definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!
What a wonderful, charming, eclectic B&B, located on the outskirts, up a hill from Ascoli Piceno. Walkable to town via stairs going down the hill. Coming back up is quite the workout but there are benches to rest. We stayed upstairs in the main house in a big, modern, air conditioned room with it's own bathroom. The host Salvatore is the best. Breakfast was wonderful. I'm a pond swimmer so I loved the all natural pool overlooking the town.
A very nice hotel which is located on a beautiful scenery. The premisses is on a hill where you can see the valley and mountains across. The swimming pool is perfectly situated in this scenery.
The room is nice and cosy with a clean bathroom and good operation airconditioning.
The breakfast was okay, for us it was to much cake and to less bread. But they put a lot of effort into it.
The hostess and her staf are very friendly.
Located on one of main squares. Has a parking several hundred meters from the hotel (paid). The nicest stuff. Modern beautiful rooms, rather spacious for Italy. Hotel is in excellent condition. Excellent breakfast. not a buffet, it is brought to you. This was the only small downside as I prefer buffet breakfast which is faster. Rooms have air co and heating.
This is our second time at Di Sabatino resort. Only 50 meters from the famous Piazza del Popolo right in the historical centre of Ascoli Piceno. Modern hotel offering a spacious room that was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. Staff were highly professional and incredibly friendly. Adequate breakfast offered every morning on the third floor.
The location is excellent for exploring Ascoli Piceno. Excellent communication with Fabrizio who also gave us tips on where to eat and other towns to see close by. The views over the ravine to the town through the living area windows was beautiful.
The central position of the hotel, spacious room with comfortable beds. Sweet and savoury breakfast. The cakes were really extraordinary! Coffee machine in the room. The hotel is situated in an interesting Renaissance building.
We loved how the location was walking distance to everything in Ascoli Piceno and in Piazza del Poppolo. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The apartment was well taken care of and very clean, comfy and nicely restored.
The location was fantastic right in the main square. We parked about 300m away with a level access to the hotel which also had an elevator. The lady at reception on the 1st floor was lovely and helpful and spoke English well.
Loved the property! In was in a fabulous location in the heart of Ascoli Piceno. Teo the server was the best! Told us so much about AP and made our trip! Breakfast was amazing with endless fresh pastries.
The location of the hotel to the main piazza and Ascoli Centro was excellent. The staff was very good. Responsive, pleasant and always available to help.
The price /value equation was very good
Great value for money, vanessa was very kind and recommended us the most beautiful places in ascoli picheno to visit, forther more she helped us to order pizza and to book a canu.
wide room, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, best position possible in the very centre, very close to a nearby parking space, perfect to visit the city
