The facility was immaculate. Barrons Restaurant nearby was excellent. Had some added treats brought for us at breakfast time. Our sheep neighbors were just across the street from the villa in the morning.

Wonderful scenery, but be aware that it is pretty isolated.
The cottage is fantastic and it is clearly visible that owners paid a lot of attention to details in forniture and finiture. No shower available, but ok for short stays.

The host was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our car troubles. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and functional. It came with a nice assortment of breakfast foods. The location was great.

There is only one restaurant, and then the N1 had food. We googled and went to the restaurant, but it was closed unlike what was on Google. However, the N1 food was surprisingly very good! We were there during the dark, so we really can’t speak to the scenery; however, I’m sure it was great!

Nice little fishing town in the north east of Iceland. Þórshöfn is really easy to walk around, it's small but they have grocery store, gas station and liquor store - basically everything you need. We had a dinner at Báran restaurant by the dock and it was excellent! Fish n chips was great!
