Do purchase a Sim card on arrival at Kochi Int'l airport, the wifi connections are unreliable. 2. Do exchange home currency to IND Ruppees also, on arrival within the airport lounge at one of the available Currency Exchange counters of Kochi Int'l. Experience revealed that outside of the airport, it was difficult to locate currency exchange bureaus also, the ATMs outside of the airport ask high exchange rates. This is not a place to come and stay, but a transit one day stop, but if you have enough time go and have a round of golf at the CIAL golf course, they provide rental clubs, take water with you, no beer after golf in a golf club only golf club in the world where you get no beer after golf. Nedumbassery is a small town. The only importance to this place is the airport of Kochi, Kerala. The place has no decent vegetarian restaurant. Travelers particularly vegetarians are put to a lot of difficulties. Those restaurants that offer veg food items cause a lot of discomfort to veggies because of the foul smell of non veg dishes. Location to the airport was my only savior and unfortunately if there had been somewhere decent to eat and the hotel facilities were functioning I may have had a better stay. The day prior to my departure I checked if there was transfers to the airport and manager advised free pick up I organised a time for pick up and when I went to check out and was ready to go the pick up had not been organised lucky I had given myself plenty of time at the airport !!

Cochi is a good city to visit and it's best to stay in nedumssery, close to airport and other transport. Very good churches, temples around and ofcourse taste the delicious Kerela food. Try the Kerela ayurvedic massage nearby and also take a day trip to Munnar, 120 KM's away..malayaIndia

It has a huge outdoor swimming pool and an area you can lounge. The staff were very attentive and we had a large comfortable room with an outside terrace. The restaurant was excellent and a tea shop outside served Masala Chai. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We had air conditioning but didn’t use it. We were collected from the airport and transferred back the following day all inclusive, which was a nice bonus.
