Liked everything - lovely, friendly staff, good location, very clean and great value for money. It felt like an expensive hotel, rather than a hostel. Car parking on site was a real advantage too and the chance to get a cool beer after a long, hot drive!

We loved the place we stayed, close to the river and the many restaurants in the centre. There is so much to see, but we didn’t have much time. Definitely considering coming back. Pepo’s was a great restaurant- fabulous food and local wine. And they knew how to serve a proper Espresso Martini

We went there for a Sci-Fi convention with our friends for a day. We spent almost all of our time at the Brod Fortress near the city center. The fortress is beautiful, but if there are no events at the times, it can be enjoyed very quickly. The main street, where you can only go by foot, is full of life... coffee shops, cake shops, stores. People are great and friendly.

It would be unfair of me to comment as I arrived as it was getting dark and left in the morning but it appeared to be quite industrial. I didn't see enough of the town to be able to have an opinion.

Easy to locate, dedicated secure parking, good Wi-Fi, spacious bathroom, small kitchen was also handy. It felt cozy and peaceful. The owner-hostess speaks German and her daughter speaks excellent English, so no communication problems. Grandma gave us a beautiful present which we will remember for a long time. If we ever come to this town in the future, I will look no further.

We found even toys for kids and a kids corner, which my daughter welcomed excitedly :) Well maintained building, a nice underground garage, a lift and a superbly equipped place! Also - in a walking distance to the centre of Slavonski Brod and near many shops and restaurants! The coffee machine would be appreciated by anyone who likes coffee!
