Wonderful hosts. Zivan, Jasna and Toni were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is located in a very small village in lovely countryside but easy drive to Plitvice National Park and lots of restaurants. The apartment itself was well appointed with very comfortable beds and basic amenities. Breakfasts were good and we appreciated the home cooked meal one night.

Damir and Irene were terrific hosts AND chefs! We had a large party of 6 people, booked two rooms and everyone had a terrific time! We enjoyed 2 delicious dinners, and true to their words, the breakfast spread had so much food that we had more than enough for lunch at the lakes as well. The villa is less than a 10 minute drive from the park entrance, I would highly recommend this B&B!

B&B Plitvice Lacus was the best property we had stayed at during a six week trip of Italy and Croatia.

Seliste Dreznicko is a great base for exploring Plitvice...
Seliste Dreznicko is a great base for exploring Plitvice national park. It's directly on the Zagreb-Split bus route. You can walk to the National Park it's a beautiful 1 hour walk (on the back-road the D42 to Poljanak, do NOT walk on the main road) or take a bus or taxi - there are buses around 9am. Seliste has some good restaurants/bars (eg Old Shatterhand) and supermarkets. The river would be good for swimming in Spring/Autumn I guess, too little water this summer. It's peaceful.

The rooms are a good size, the bathroom and everything was clean, also it is modernly decorated. The breakfast in the morning was great, exceeded expectations. Everything was homemade or locally sourced and very fresh, definitely better than the usual continental breakfast at a hotel and extremely quick and convenient if you are trying to get to Plitvice Lakes first thing in the morning (also recommend!). The location was hard to find using google maps, you should ask for directions or use the address of the restaurant/hotel located in front of it closer to the road.

Seliste Dreznicko is really just a collection of holiday homes and a few restaurants and a handy small supermarket for groceries. Conveniently located North of Plitvice National Park (we didn’t actually visit there as we were put off by the reports of it being too crowded) and South of the Mreznica River where we did a fantastic kayaking expedition with Raftrek. We also stopped by Slunj and Rastoke where you can swim in the river and is a very attractive stop. The landscape around is very wild and beautiful.

The Plitvice lakes are unmissable.
The Plitvice lakes are unmissable. The lunch at the Hotel Degenija is excellent. I would love to go back and spend more time exploring the countryside, perhaps not in the hight of the season when there's lots of other tourists.

Great cosy little apartment, very well located for Plitvice.
Great cosy little apartment, very well located for Plitvice. Very friendly host, interesting to chat to. Kitchen was well stocked and there is an oven. Didn’t try local restaurants as we were happy eating in. Small grocery store nearby that is surprisingly well stocked. Beautiful friendly dog at the apartment. Get to Plitvice early and go to Upper Lakes from entrance 2. This was the only wait we had, about 20 minutes. After that is was all plain sailing.

Is a very comfortable place ,easy access to all tourist attractions, there is a small shop, 300 m away, and a shopping center 2km from the hotel .
They have a very good breakfast, and the restaurant on the site is excellent
It is also great for kids. They have a small playground and many accessories you can use during your stay.
The property is big with a lovely garden .We were during the winter, and they had snow sled to borrow and a nice heal for sliding.
Very helpful staff 👏
Marco was so accommodating. The airline got us to Zagreb six hours late so we barely got to the hotel before the closed for the night. We called and Marco had a fabulous charcuterie plate and bottle ofocal wine in our room. Terrace was delightful. Only thing I would change would be to stay two nights so we could do the full loop in the park. We only had time to do loop A which was very easy to follow. No map needed. Absolutely recommended.

B&B Plitvice is a wonderful property that is a great place to stay if you are visiting Plitvice National Park. The hotel is a short walking distance to two restaurants for dinner. It is very clean and the self-service check in is very easy. The rooms are large, have nice modern decor, and are quiet. The balcony is an added plus. Wifi speeds were good.
Breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of foods to choose from and also eggs made to order.
We stayed for four nights at the hotel in a double room with a view of the swimming pool. The room was a good size, very clean. We ate in the Degenija restaurant which is next door each night with a great menu, great service and lots of choice. I do want to mention Marko who was extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly and had great sight seeing advice. The hotel is only 5 km to entrance one of the National Park.
The place is close to a 4-star hotel. They offer breakfast. They have gym, sauna, table tennis, lundry and a very nice helpful staff. Outside the hotel is a large restaurant. 6 minute walk down the road, you will find grocery and 2 more restaurants. Park entrance is just 15 min drive. Could not ask for more. This is the best accommodation during our 10-day vacation in Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Split and Plitvice!
This apartment is well located for Plitvice Lakes National Park Ani the surrounding area. The views are lovely. The apartment is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The hosts were there to meet us, ver friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We were a group of 6 and we were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the sun in the garden after a day in the national park.
Our stay at House Marija was very pleasant: at first the owner, Marija, was very kind to tell us some useful information about Plitvice Lakes National Park, then the apartment had everything we could ask for: a small kitchen to prepare breakfast, a comfortbale bedroom, a bathroom and a small balcony with a beautiful view over the mountains. Next time sure we will come again! Thanks Marija!
It was a comfortable and convenient apartment in which it is nice to spend time with friends and family. We stayed there for 2 nights while visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. The hosts are very welcoming and hospitable people. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Food stores and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely come back here again.
we came for a couple nights to visit a Plitvice national park without big expectations from the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. Large sunny rooms, an open balcony with a gorgeous view, air conditioner, little things in bathroom...Very lovely owner welcomed us like family, a delicious and rich breakfast and two friendly dogs (kids loved them)
We stayed in the annex so I can only comment on this. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a small terrace. The room was lovely. Also the restaurant was amazing. We ate their two nights and had some of the best food that we had in Croatia. The staff in the restaurant and the hotel were extremely friendly and kind.
Great location just off the main road to go to/from Plitvice Lakes National Park. Parking in front of the building. The room I had included a bathroom/toilet and a balcony. Very convenient to a few nearby restaurants and grocery stores - one can walk to them after parking for the night.
Very clean, bright and looks like a hotel! It's also close to the Plitvice lake and there are supermarkets and bakeries around so although it might seem like it's in the middle of nowhere, you can get everything you want around it!
Stefan was also very flexible with our arrival time
The lady on reception was exceptional with customer service. Beds were quality and comfortable. Rooms sizes good. Pool area and outdoor gym was great (water cold though). Loved the restaurant next door and breakfast within hotel. Highly recommend this.
Very new, spotlessly clean room within a 10-minute drive of Plitvice Lakes National Park. Modern furnishings. Private balcony with outdoor seating. Hosts were helpful and accommodating. Reasonable selection for breakfast. Self check-in was easy.
the location is great, only 10 mins drive to Plitvice lakes national park. Irene and Damir were the great hosts! The terrace and room were also comfortable and nice. enjoyed the jacuzzi with the beautiful mountain biew
Nice new location that was clean and had a beautiful terrace. Easy drive to the park. Great restaurant next door and able to use the pool at the Hotel next door for $10.
