A lovely little town with lots of restaurants and, of course, the castle.
Many interesting places to visit in the area. Lots of National Trust properties within striking distance. Stratford just down the road.

Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do.
Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do. Lots of coffee shops, pubs. Not many shops. The castle is obviously there to visit however it was very heavy rain that day hence not the ideal time to walk around the castle and its grounds. Would not visit again.

Lovely county town.
Lovely county town. Lots of independent shops and cafes - and so many cuisines available - (a cream tea at the Lord Leycester Hospital in the stunning Great Hall was a highlight). Warwick Castle is a treasure - must visit. Lots to see and do in the town itself and nice walks along the river in St Nicholas Park. Will definitely be going back.

Do try and stay Saturday and Sunday if you can, the castle and its grounds will easily take up most of the day and you cannot visit without seeing the rest of Warwick town. All accessible walking so you can park up the car and relax in a beautiful town with so much to offer

Nice place.
Nice place. Unfortunately I was there for just a night and a day spent in the Castle. We ate at the only place open at 7 pm, a pub in the main square, quite expensive, I took a beef meat dish, quite good but with too many potatoes and poor in vegetables, as per description. My friend took a sea bass dish and she liked it. The town seems quite modern, I expected an old little town..
Next day the Castle. This is quite interesting even if with too many reconstructions and restorations. The external location is beautiful and has interesting points to be seen, as the towers. They made many types of attractions in order to engage visitors. The interiors show many rooms of recent periods, enriched by wax figures in period clothing.
All quite expensive in my opinion. I think a family spends too much if you include everything, from accommodation to entrance and parking tickets, also because they also charge children aged 2 and over.
In any case I enjoyed my little trip.. Except the weather! But I'm Italian and so I.m a little spoiled on many subjects.. :)

THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE HOTEL IS THE LOCATION, I WAS ASLEEP AND THE CLEANER COMES IN WHILST IM ASLEEP SAYING SHE WAS TOLD THAT I HAD LEFT, I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND AS THIS HOTEL IS OLD AND DATED AND NEEDS A FULL REFURB, A COVERING STAFF MEMBER ( FROM HADFIELD SO HE TOLD ME ) DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL AMENTIES, MY BEDSHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN SAME AS THE BATHROOM WAS UNTIDY
Staff were pleasant and professional property was clean and room was nicely sized for our family. We had food and drink in the restaurant that was not only served quickly but the portions were very generous. Breakfast was undoubtedly the best part of our stay with so much choice and cooked to perfection. Hotel is literally 2 minutes down the road so is a perfect base if your visiting local tourist attractions like Warwick castle. All in all a perfect stay, thank you.
The location, facilities, staff and room were excellent. The hotel was in a great location, near the M40 and to Warwick/Leamington Spa. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The pool and wellness facilities were great for kids and adults. The room was well proportioned with good space for the extra kids bed, it had a nice bathroom with good shower pressure. Overall a very nice stay, we would happily come back.
As I was about to enter the building, 2 rats were at the entrance.
It was vile and looked unclean. I didn’t stay and I had to book an alternative. I ended up having to pay an additional £108 to stay at the Holiday Inn at Warwick.
I would not recommend this hotel and would like a refund, and the difference in cost of the second hotel.
I look forward to hearing from you.
The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and they seemed to enjoy working in the hotel.
The room was very warm and the beds comfortable. The water was nice and hot for a shower.
Service in the restaurant and bar was excellent. We would definitely like to re-book at this hotel if coming to Warwick again.
Loved everything about this hotel from the traditional pub feel inside to the spacious modern outdoor garden area. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was one of the best I have had. All this and the location is excellent for Warwick and the race course. Free parking as well.
Spacious room. Simple, easy to use, hot shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Room has desk and chair. Is next door to Services, so lots of easy meals. Convenient to British Motor Museum, Warwick, and Royal Leamington Spa. Good value for money.
A beautiful spacious apartment with allocated parking space. The host was very friendly and always helpful. I would definitely stay there again and i highly recommended this beautiful apartment to anyone visiting Warwickshire.
Had an amazing stay. We will definitely be booking this hotel again when we come up to Warwick Castle in the Summer.
Friendly staff, really comfortable bed, amazing spa and wonderful views of the golf course.
Super location, easy walk into Warwick. Delicious evening meal in the pub- really great Tapas.
Breakfast was good. Nice enough room with a small en-suite (though not much water pressure in the shower)
Nice clean uncluttered room, great location 25 minutes walk from the centre of Warwick, and carparking space too. The host was very helpful, answering any questions we had pre-booking very promptly.
