It was clean and a lovely mix of old and new. From check in to check out all staff were friendly but not obtrusive. It felt more like being in someone’s home than a hotel. Loved the balcony on our room. My husband said the breakfast was the best he had had anywhere.
Relax in the Bar and lounge which also overlook South Beach and Caldey Island. Drinks can also be enjoyed on our Terrace. Unwind in our indoor heated swimming pool and heated loungers.

The King room was very comfortable especially the bed and easy large walk in rainshower. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wish we had dined in the downstairs restaurant as it is obviously very popular - it was packed out the night we were staying. I would definitely go back and stay another time. Thanks Billycan.

There are a lot of boarded up shops obviously the impact post Covid many businesses have Closed. The railway station from which I embarked was a disgrace no adequate disability access particularly for visual or hearing impairment , if you have to get across the tracks to access the platform for the return trip. no toilet. Generally looks a very unloved station so not a good way to be greeted when you arrive but generally there are still a good range of shops tea rooms and places to eat.

Nice setting, and plenty of good restaurants.
Nice setting, and plenty of good restaurants. Terrible for parking. Seems to be an important money maker for town to issue parking tickets at first break of daylight. Had two parking tickets in 5 days although parking in what looked like free parking. Second time was only for 5 minutes while loading the car, going home.

We tend to visit Tenby out of season as in mid-summer, with the schools off it would be very busy. Nice little town overlooking two great beaches. South beach is huge when the tide is out. Plenty of pubs/cafés etc. though in high season I suggest booking ahead for tables if you can. Spring 2024 taxi trips within the town area are £5.00.

It's a beautiful seaside town with stunning views quaint houses and shops beautiful beaches a perfect holiday destination we love the plantagenet to eat and plenty of other restaurants to choose from will definitely be going back to our favourite place .
I love this hotel. For the quintessential British seaside holiday in a grand Edwardian seafront hotel it can’t be beaten. Twelve foot high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows capturing the magnificent view of beach and harbour, and right bang in the middle of town. And a short walk to the station makes it easy if you don’t come with a car. The staff were delightful from Ali’s welcome at reception to Debbie’s friendliness at breakfast.
I was given a single room at the top of the hotel, looking out over Tenby Seafront. Room was comfortable and quiet, had a peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast was included and served from 8 am to 9.30 am, partly help yourself, although they took your order at the table for the cooked breakfast, which was great. Location is fantastic, looking out over the South Beach and Tenby Town centre is only a 5 minute walk. Would recommend.
The hotel was in a fantastic location. Very central to shops/bars/restaurants. We had plenty of space in the room and the bed was comfy. Room was clean and tidy.
Jack, on reception, was a very friendly helpful guy and nothing was too much trouble for him. Always makes the stay more pleasurable if the staff are friendly.
Myself and my partner will definitely book this hotel again next time we decide to visit Tenby.
Great location, a lovely relaxed atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. Beautifully manicured gardens and wonderful views over Tenby Harbour. This hotel is our new favourite!
Everything is run extremely well and all areas are kept to a very high standard. We particularly loved the pool (open 8-8 in summer).
The restaurant offered plenty of choice for dinner and breakfast was fabulous.
The whole hotel is a credit to its owners. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay and would definitely go back again. The breakfast menu was varied and served at your table. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were able to finish our breakfast coffee in the garden. There were no problems with parking and it was about a twenty minute walk into the centre of Tenby
Location is excellent close to Tenby and car parks. Beach close enough to walk into Tenby. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order unlike some 4 and 5 star Hotels where breakfast is kept warm! Staff very friendly and welcoming. Car parking is provided at this hotel unlike many others in the area where you have to compete for a space in a public car park.
We enjoyed the Breakfast and the Dinner choices. All the meals were delicious. The service was very attentive to our needs. The restaurant tables were well spaced out, and the area is well lit with all the glass windows and the glass canopy over it. Very nice cosy Hotel and we thoroughly recommend it for a short break holiday.
The location is great. It's a 10 minute walk into Tenby town. The Guest House is beautiful. Good breakfasts. Our room was spacious with a sofa too. Lots of cabinet and wardrobe space. I would recommend this guest house. There's a comfortable lounge. The breakfast room is bright in the conservatory end and the staff are lovely.
The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely, and really professional. Perfect location, a 2 minute drive from the town centre. Beautiful spa, lovely and relaxing, just what we needed. Spacious room with a comfy bed. Delicious breakfast. Would 100% return and recommend for a relaxing break in Tenby.
Very comfortable, spacious & clean room. Good food. Staff very helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend hotel to anyone, & we would use this hotel ourselves again in the future. Close to shops & other local amenities.
Beautiful cottage near Tenby with parking. 2 bedrooms, one with double bef and one with bunk beds. Would suit a family of 4 perfectly. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, has everything you need.
Good location in Tenby and doesn't take long to drive into the centre. You could walk but it's uphill on the way back so with young children may not be ideal.
Quiet area so not noisy for sleep.
Easy access to the delightful town of Tenby with parking ( a real bonus) lovely bedroom and the most fabulous hosts imaginable . Great cooked breakfast each morning too, will definitely return.
First time to Tenby so we upgraded to a room with a view and we were not disappointed. Great breakfast and staff, close to restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to the train station.
It was a beautiful property with an amazing view of Tenby! It was located on a hill, so we had a short walk into town, but the view from the hotel was worth it!
