Staff excellent, friendliest we’ve come across on our trip. Millie in the bar & older lady at reception both 10/10. Restaurant a pleasant surprise, good selection & value for money. 2 for 1 cocktail special was well received! Surroundings lovely for kids, green space, playground. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Reasonable soundproofing in rooms so not too noisy, close to the centre of the town, microwave in room. Very comfy bed. Mostly clean. Nice beer garden to rear. Large modern TV.

we come to the Stanley every time we're in Boston . fantastic staff very friendly and smiley,again great location, nice fresh continental breakfast, really enjoy the stay every time. would definitely recommend .

This is a lovely place to stay - was only there for one night but could easily have extended for longer. Very good location means the area is quiet at night which was perfect. Parking was fine. Room very comfortable with plenty of storage and everything clean and bright. We had a meal in the evening which was excellent. All the staff were marvellous which made our (too) short stay a real treat. We were aware they do not serve breakfast and were guided to Sylv's which is very easy walking distance but has parking too - this overlooks a little village green and the food and friendliness were a treat.
