Good location, and had an EV charger, which is a bonus. Also went above and beyond to cater for my Coeliac disease and cooked a gluten free fish and chips.

I have stayed here several times and know I will get a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price.
The location suits the purpose of my visit and the free public parking just round the corner is a big plus point.
The hotel is always spotlessly clean

Chose this location solely on the basis of internet search - and it exceeded our expectations. Lovely old coaching inn in a quiet village. We were allocated one of the newly refurbished guest rooms - which surely equalled a 5-Star hotel! Excellent evening meals in relaxed pub setting - although we could have sat in the separate restaurant with its classy decor. Staff all very friendly and helpful - including the nice lady on reception who went to the trouble of typing out her suggested itinerary for our day of exploring some of the area! Would strongly recommend.
Superb place to stay for our short visit. It has free parking in car park in a quiet village. Good quality room and equipped with everything and our price included breakfast. Small steps to get in to the outside block of 5 rooms of the accommodation. Free milk available for your room with the coffee/res facilities. TV and towels toiletries iron and board, all newly done and very comfortable beds with good heating and a fan in cupboard for the summer . WiFi was good. Convenient for driving to Market Harborough, Desborough and Rockingham Castle.
Wil stay again. 5⭐️ food was amazing for our evening meal in the restaurant. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Well done a little gem
