Exceptionally clean, and the most well equipped caravan we have ever stayed in! There was so much attention to detail and couldn’t recommend enough. Hosts were easy to contact and communication was great throughout. Perfect location for a stay close to Prestatyn beach

Very clean, comfortable and near the main high street. Easy to park.
Beautiful location. If you enjoy walks then the park and beach over the road will not disappoint. Locals where friendly. Shops locally and take aways also. Family pub just down the road, does allowe dogs outside but not inside so we didn't go in there.
We didn't go into the town centre, didn't need to.

Such a lovely little town! So peaceful and calm!
Such a lovely little town! So peaceful and calm! As soon as you step out of the train, you can feel the difference! The air is clean! People are lovely and friendly! Oh and the beach is so breathtaking! Not much entertainment if you have very active kids like mine but if you go when the weather is nice then the beach will keep them busy for the whole day!

Pleasant, but possibly a little old fashioned for younger visitors. Lovely wide and sandy beaches. Beautiful villages and countryside behind Prestatyn, great for walkers and cyclists, and Prestatyn is a good start for visiting historic North Wales.

Staff were not interested in selling caravans, was unable to purchase a meal in the main venue because we did not prebook. We weren't informed of this before hand so we left the following morning disappointed. Hopefully you will learn from this I worked for Borne Leisure years ago so I know how to treat patrons.

A great destination if you don't want to take the car.
A great destination if you don't want to take the car. The town centre and beach are a short walk from the train station. There are direct trains to London, Manchester, Birmingham... The seafront has lots of stuff for rain or shine (beach with good sand, a soft play centre an indoor swimming pool, a playground, cafés and restaurants). We had a lovely time.
What a wonderful find. A beautifully furnished, well equipped apartment. We loved the comfortable bed, amazing shower, fully equipped modern kitchen and the great living and dining area. Catherine is a wonderful host, very easy to communicate with and her instructions for check- in and how to use the shower,, heating, appliances etc are so well done and easy to follow. I would absolutely recommend Catherine's apartment and look forward to staying again next time we're in Prestatyn.
Lovely beach chalet located across the street from the beach. The unit was basic but comfortable with all the necessities. It's not an ultra-modern space but has a lovely beach cottage vibe with lovely see views.
We used the pool, leisure center and restuarant at the hotel - the best of both worlds.
The apartment is well situated to the beach and the promenade at Prestatyn and Rhyl. There was plenty for kids to do even when the weather was not great.
Plenty of parking!
The house is newly decorated and very clean. It is in a quiet residential area and is in walking distance to Prestatyn shops and railway station. The beds in all rooms are very comfortable, and there is plenty of space in all the rooms for a large family to stay. There are 2 tvs and 2 very modern bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook and there is a very nice enclosed garden. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
We loved everything about The Old Wash House and location. Very snug and cozy. All the facilities were very conveniently placed and everything you could need for a peaceful stay.
Lyz was friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and the location was perfectly convenient for the town centre, beach local convenience store and train station.
A very dog friendly area with beautiful walks being an extra bonus.
Convenient location near Prestatyn with a good car park;
Pleasant spacious room with desk and sitting area;
Good shower room and ample provision for tea-&-coffee.
The breakfast was excellent, served with real care and
attention to detail by very friendly and welcoming staff.
It was a most enjoyable few days and I look forward to
returning in the future. Thank you.
Booked to stay at lodge, but unfortunatly there was a problem so we was upgraded to Terfyn Hall and it was fantastic lovely place fantastic views. Was nice a quiet and felt remote yet you are 5 mins drive from Prestatyn, Rhyl and beach. I would have no hesitation recommending this place to anybody looking for a break away from it all.
My expectations were for a budget hotel , no frills and that's what I got!
If you are looking for bells and whistles , look elsewhere . The room was clean , the bed was ok , I slept well enough and the breakfast was good. There is parking , there is a pub , there is wifi, everything I needed for a very brief visit to North Wales.
We been going every year since my kids where toddler's and they still love it just as much now at 16+14 we have a short break every year at prestatyn pontins we wudnt miss it for nothing ....😊

Excellent location with views of Prestatyn beach. Immaculate and comfortable property with everything you could need. Loved the outside seating area and best of all it was dog friendly. Owners very speedy with communication and nothing too much trouble
The location has a amazing views and not far from Prestatyn and local places on north wales border. The place was spotless and was fab facilities and owners are friendly and very helpful.
Would need a car to access place but a lovely spot.
Lovely apartment to rest after going round places. All needed facilities including a co-op very nearby, fuel station and parking. Quite area with mountain view. Not too far from the main attractions of north wales.
Top quality, better than a 5stars hotel, the host was very friendly and welcoming (breakfast ready, milk in the fridge, shower gel, clean beddings and towels) Amazing sunset 🌅, crescent 🌙 and sea 🌊 view
Location is perfect to explore North Wales area.
Home from home, all the amenities you require.
Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area which is helpful for planning days out.
Keys were easy to collect from key box at property, cottage in a great location and well equipped for your stay in Prestatyn to visit other parts of wales. Comfy beds and great for bringing your pet.
