Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.

We did have a job finding the place as satnav sent us to Pemberton Park housing estate instead of Retail Park.it was just kind local people who got us there in the end!

The staff there are amazing. I attended a wedding yesterday. The food was out standing great work all involved. The hotel in great location and clean.

Excellent price, room was as described in size, but price reflected that.
Very clean, bathroom separate as described but a private, it was excellent just the next room along and was decorated to a very high standard which I would have been happy with in any hotel.
Unfortunately could not try Niks greek restaurant which was closed Monday and Tuesday but a takeaway opposite, and the room does have cutlery plates dishes and mugs so easy to eat inside.
