A fantastic house, with everything we needed for the week and made to a very high quality. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were also great for our elderly mother and there were lots of good activities for our young children. The cottage is also very close to the Cornish coast.

The house was in a perfect location for our visit to the Eden project. We took my family, including 2 little granddaughters and it was the perfect family house.

Great location. Easy access for the town centre. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train and bus services. Friendly staff. Lovely food, breakfast served every morning. A great choice from the menu. Always freshly served and hot. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Twin room. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There was even an iron with an ironing board and a travel hairdryer! The beds were super comfy. No backache at all during our stay!

Beautifully, recently renovated period property offering the best of boutique vacation. The food was outstanding, some of the best I’ve eaten, and the bedroom was super comfy with a huge bed and river view. The staff were attentive, friendly and relaxed. We would highly recommend this stay.
