Location is perfect, just outside the centre of Middlewich and an easy walk into the town. Walk in the opposite direction along the canal path and there's a working lock just a short walk away. There's a gastropub where you can watch the narrow boats negotiating the lock from the veranda of the pub. The landlady of the Newton Brewery Inn is very helpful and friendly and the drinks were very reasonable prices. There is a very large beer garden leading down to the canal with very picturesque walks along the tow path.

We loved the small group of shops onsite, the staff were all lovely and friendly. The owner was on site every day he offered us a free room up grade as he'd had a cancellation. The location was perfect for walking with a few canals to visit and the Anderton Boat lift. A very pretty and welcoming place.

Great location, bed was comfortable and very convenient as a stop when travelling. It was very affordable.
Ample parking with an overflow area too, seemed like a great venue for larger groups/conferences and events.

Middlewich is a small town with a few town centre pubs and restaurants. Not very far from the town, there are walks along the canal path with a busy working lock. There are two pubs adjacent to the canal, one which serves food. It was a pleasant way to spend a sunny spring day.

Newton Brewery Inn was just a short walk from the town centre and supermarket as well as being next to the river, so for my trip this was a great location.
Middlewich is only a few minutes drive from the M6

Loved the place it was OK for our stay and we could compare both rooms one was bijou and modern for our daughters and ours a large family suite. You could hear the road traffic but I can sleep on a washing line so it didn't affect any of us. The staff were so helpful and happy in their work.

I didn't really see much of Middlewich as I had an itinerary in Nantwich already organised. You will need transport to see any of the local sights, although I suspect there could be lots of local walks (but I haven't confirmed this).
We only stayed one night and the Kinderton was perfect for what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable although it was next to a busy road so was a little bit noisy but, in fairness, the hotel can't control the volume of traffic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. We were advised there may be quite a long wait for dinner as they were very busy, it being a bank holiday weekend, but it arrived before the estimated time and we were very happy with the service and the quality of the food.

The location was perfect, as we were visiting friends who lived 1 mile up the road. The coffee shop/Restaurant was excellent with a good variety of food on offer. The cakes were amazing. Easy access from the M6. Central for SANDBACH, MIDDLEWICH, NANTWICH.
THE Farm shop was amazing and not over priced. Also within the grounds, we're small shops, for clothing and shoes, garden statues, a little pet shop.
Very pretty location with nice garden to chill in after a long drive. Caroline and Clive were incredibly helpful and great hosts. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Would go again if we are in the area, much nicer than sterile hotel chains you find dotted around.
The best perk of the property was free parking behind it, however, this did not belong to the hotel so not really a positive of the property. Therefore, the price of around £45 a night probably the biggest plus but I would not be prepared to pay that again.
Love this place just off the motorway on the edge of Middlewich, staff always friendly and the rooms are well maintained clean and functionally. A favourite stop on the long haul trips I make with work.
Breakfast was in the car park. Facilities were none existent, other occupants talking all night, difficult to find as it’s called something other than the advertised hotel.
Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice.
Easy to find and convenient for our reasons for visiting.
Lots of space inside and outside the hotel was appreciated
