We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court...
We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

It is a lovely area - good railway links into London. There are nice walks and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Our main purpose was to visit Hampton Court and it was an excellent base for that.

The location was easy to fund.
The location was easy to fund. I stayed to attend a concert at twickenham stadium.. I was told by the owner that I could get a bus to twickenham from outside the hotel. The family who owned it were lovely. I would stay here again for sure

The tv was absolutely diabolical. 4 channels. Totally sucked. Was with my 79yr old mum so we don’t club or pub it. Early nighters so the tv sucked. Breakfast is always lovely. 👌We were in room 211 and stayed 2nts. Jan 21st & 22nd. Hot water for bathroom was AMAZING… staff are all so nice and hospitable and accommodating. An asset to the hotel. The highlight for us were the staff. They were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.Our room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Its little touches like this that make you come back. Oh and the eggs benedict is one of the best i have had.
