My room on the ground floor was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming. Now I know where the hotel is located I will use it again. Walking into town wasceasier than I thought and safe as there were plenty of pedestrian crossings. On my return I took a taxi which was only £8. Breakfast was self service with plenty of food.
I rate this hotel as being Good value for money!

Not much. Out dated decor, no elevator, it was like a rabbit warren.

No breakfast. The location was very central and only about ten minutes walk from the train and bus station.
The room and bed was warm and comfortable. I enjoyed the tea and coffee making facilities. It was peaceful despite facing a busy road. The Wifi worked well.

It was a nice spacious pod for the 2 of us in a rural setting..It sounds silly but there were plenty of plug sockets,I've stayed in a pod before and you have to keep swapping things around all the time.

Kings Lynn has a poor reputation but we were blown away by the quite extensive historic quarter. Absolutely stunning with so many beautiful old buildings and a rich maritime history. The Hansa house next to the Minster has been faithfully preserved and contains an atmospheric tea room. While it's definitely possible to do old Kings Lynn in a day I would recommend taking a bit more time to really absorb the many things that attract attention as you wander round. A wander round the Walks is also recommended - lovely green space in the centre of town with several historic buildings. All in all, Lynn was a very pleasant surprise.

We were able to walk along the river front and visit the town centre. We visited Trues Yard Fisherfolk museum which was really interesting. Every street in old town had interesting architecture and historic features.

A great place to explore on foot with the beautiful Minster right in the centre, and exceptionally clean pedestrian-friendly streets. Huntstanton, with its gorgeous beaches, is only an hour away by bus. Food options are more limited than you'd get in a big city, but the places we tried (Mem's Kitchen, Bank House) were all very good.

Huge amount of history packed into a small area, easily covered on foot. Beautiful waterfront, old buildings, well signposted. Excellent museums three, and all very different. Plenty of good eating places. Cobbles teashop a delight. Plenty of parking in town centre. Good selection of shops on high street. Very good bus services to surrounding areas.

Kings Lynn is my home town so I am a biased traveller!
Kings Lynn is my home town so I am a biased traveller! Once a year I live to re-visit the town and relatives usually with my campervan. Recently I decided to book a camping hub on the camping site. There is so much to see both in the town and nearby attractions at the coast and forests particularly Sandringham and Thetford.
This was our first stay at The Russet House and we found excellent value for money, particularly with the facilities on offer. These included free parking, a spacious room that even had room for a comfortable sofa, and not forgetting the superb breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Next time we are in King's Lynn, we will definitely make a booking at Russet House.
We enjoyed our stay. Hotel location in very quite area and only 10 minutes walk into historic town.
Lovely room with very comfortable bed and clean en-suite. Extra cost for breakfast but well worth it and bar/restaurant food delicious and not over-priced. We ate both nights at the hotel.
The staff were utterly friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
It’s in a prime location in the centre of Kings Lynn, close to the shops and all amenities. Parking behind the hotel was available but it cost £10 for 24 hr. Recently refurbished the rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was modern and clean. The room was a on the small side but for the price it was good value for money.
Hotel is beautiful, really pretty interior. Rooms were lovely, comfortable and very clean. Cocktails in the bar were super tasty and a good price, also great range of rum and gin. The staff make this place even better, could not do enough, all super friendly from check in to check out. Great location also!
Our room - The Kings Room - was amazing and everything about it was beautiful, comfortable and impressive. All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The location of Bank House is very convenient to all that historical Kings Lynn has to offer. We can definitely highly recommend this hotel.
Location is close to Kings Lynn Town Centre. Rooms were good size, clean and beds very comfortable. There's a modern communal kitchen and garden attached which is a nice feature. Coded door entry system novel and worked very well for us allowing unrestricted access.
Perfect location. Close to the town centre and close to railway station. Hunstanton is a short drive away for people visiting the area. As we are from king's Lynn we just needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights whilst work was being carried out at our home.
Excellent location entry to hotel and room entry took a bit of getting used to the keypad but once sorted it was fine.
Excellent facilities and Garden very pleasant.
Highly recommend and would stay again when in area.
Beautiful bed and breakfast hotel. Clive was a lovely host. Breakfast was very good and The Old Rectory is in great walking distance next to a nice park which leads to the centre of Kings Lynn.
Lovely hotel, the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a Dyson fan which due to the weather was a bonus and kept us very 😎 cool.
Central position in Kings Lynn comfortable room, secure hotel, availability and atmosphere of the hotel restaurant is very good. Good access to Theatre and cinema.
