Room was very clean.
Staff were lovely.
Facilities were great, loved trying snooker and the driving range.
Food on-site was delicious, I think I am now addicted to avocado, poached egg and hummus sourdough bread for breakfast.

Great location, fantastic sea views. Staff very helpful and polite and great with pets. Food and water bowls were provided in the room for our dog along with some treats which he appreciated. Enjoyed our walk from the hotel to Earlsferry along the Fife costal trail.

A grand country estate with lots of activities, great food. We ate twice both nights, food was delicious. All the staff were polite and friendly from Breakfast to Dinner. Didn't visit the pool this time but booked up for another stay so will go.
We stayed for 3 nights and could have stayed longer. Played on the Eden course and St. Micheals. Room was lovely, bed comfortable, liked the little reading light aswell as the lamp on the side of the bed .A little bit of luxury to have bathrobes.
Breakfast timings later than expected, was great to be able to have breakfast after 10 am.

We stayed in the woodcutters cottage for 2 nights.
We stayed in the woodcutters cottage for 2 nights. It is 2 bedroomed, one at either end of the cottage, both en-suite. A large sitting room and a separate kitchen with dining table and chairs. Plastic table and chairs outside in the small garden.
Parking is at the end of a path leading to the cottage. Finding the cottage was very difficult, the directions have you looking for a road that is there but didn’t have a road name on it. Took us 20 mins to find it. The directions to it could have been a lot clearer.
We stayed here as it was my daughters wedding. Beautiful place to get married.

Had a great time ...
Thanks to all staff
I stay at Kilconquhar Castle Estate whenever I visit Fife for work and golf. It is in a perfect location close to many of the top golf courses in the world. The staff are always personable, accommodating, and helpful. The villas, although a bit dated, are perfect for golf holidays with a group of friends. We loved having the three-hole warm-up area available before hitting the links, as most Scots do not warm up before playing. The bar is a great place to unwind after a day on the links. I highly recommend the estate.
Beautiful grounds to walk around and very quiet. Meals in the bistro were excellent. Our rooms were spacious with large beds and beautiful bathrooms. We stayed in the castle and it was historical and lovely. St. Andrews was a short drive away and there are many other places to visit. This was the best lodging of our 8 day stay in Scotland.
Room was lovely and very comfortable looked as if it had been recently decorated. Nice selection of toiletries and tea and coffee. Room was also near all amenities. Hotel had large grounds with nice gardens and had lots of amenities such as golf, tennis, pool, spa etc
This is our 2nd visit to Kilconquhar castle estate and once again had a fabulous stay , villa exceeded expectations, everything we needed and more , dog friendly, plenty room for us all , kids loved all the facilities, definitely will be back in the future
Lovely hotel with plenty of facilities to use. Room was spacious and clean. Ate dinner at the restaurant both nights - no other real options close by. Not a huge range but good food all the same. Staff very friendly.
Nice hotel in a good location. We had a comfortable room with a nice en-suite. It was nice to have the opportunity to use the facilities. Nice area to run around and very dog friendly.
We stayed on bnb basis and opted to have dinner at the hotel. Given the current situation and staff shortages the staff did really well. Staff are friendly and courteous.
As we needed 3 single beds we were allocated the Garden Flat rather than Hotel room. This turned out to be better accommodation as we had a place to sit and relax.
Room, breakfasts & dinner were all excellent and what we expected from Kilconquhar Castle. Also location & facilities were really good with friendly staff.
perfect hotel for a group of golfers. excellent location close to all of the major golf courses (St. Andrews, Carnoustie, Kingsbarns, Elie, Dumbarnie, etc.)
Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff in both the reception and the restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious and fairly priced. Thank you.
