I would never recommend this establishment to anyone it's disgusting I stayed 1 night out of six only because after getting up at 4am travelling to work doing a 12 hour shift I was too tired to find anywhere else. I was robbed this is a hovel. No bedding no towel no kettle no heating no hot water no visible landlord run down in disrepair evidence of mice droppings everywhere overflowing bins refuse sacks everywhere no toilet roll the list is endless if I could contact the property I would ask for money back maybe Booking.com should repay me

Hornchurch is at great town full of suburban charm and lots of eateries. It’s on the District line of the tube and a 30 min ride gets you into the city or back home. Also plenty of bus routes to explore the surrounding local area.

A great place to stay and you won't be short of places to eat!
I had a fantastic meal with super service at Zizzi but wish I could have stayed longer to try more of the local restaurants.
I stayed at the Devonshire Hotel but I'm reluctant to tell you how good it was in case I can't secure a room next time I visit Hornchurch!

The Hotel is ideally situated near both the M25 and Hornchurch Tube Station.
The room was great and in particular the domestic staff were brilliant and made me feel genuinely cared for. In total a good experience and I will most certainly stay again when I visit the area. My thanks to all at Inkeepers Rest.

Good local shopping also in nearby Romford.
Good local shopping also in nearby Romford. Hornchurch is on the London District Line, part of the London Underground system, to take you into Central London for Theatre Land, Westminster, The City of London and of course, Buckingham Palace.
Hornchurch also has a Main Line Station providing rail links to the rest of the UK..

The town of Hornchurch is very clean and tidy facilities such as restraints are in abundance and the night life has a good ambience plenty of green open spaces to walk good bus route generally a very nice tiwn
It wasn’t a Bed & Breakfast….It was a Bad farm. No Towels , very bad and small bath, door broken, bad smell all around. We are a couple and isn’t a place to bring a Lady or any other person…..
I am very upset !!!!
I was obligated to book fastly in an other Hotel. This is UNBELIEVABLE !!!! Never happened something like this in my life.
You are a Scam ….This is the word: SCAMMERS and as you are scammers I have lost my money…
Thank for your service
The hotel is ideally placed for attending a function in Hornchurch and was extremely clean. The location is great for Hornchurch tube station and a short walk into the centre for restaurants and bars. Anything that we needed was not a problem for the hosts to supply. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks!
Perfectly located if Hornchurch is the area you need. Should imagine it is handy for East/Central London too. Warm welcome upon arrival plus the advantage of an early book in (2pm).
Rooms clean and very comfortable. Breakfast cooked fresh and plenty of it. Decent car parking too.
The room was spacious and clean with a modern bathroom and facilities. We stayed outside the hotel in new rooms that appear to have been built next to the car park. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the fan for the warm night. Great for a one-night stay.
I was shown to my room and everything was explained well in just a few minutes. The hotel location is fantastic, mere seconds from Hornchurch tube station. Really convenient.
clean & quiet. Bed really comfy
good value for money.
Location right by station.
Tea and coffee in room and the room got serviced during stay
Short walk to hornchurch.
Very spacious over two floors; clean, tidy and well presented. Shower was very good and powerful, not a cheap trickle unit. 15minute walk to Hornchurch district line.
Nothing. I stayed one night and (25th February ) instead of two nights and left for other hotel.
Disgusting arrangements. Must return one nights payment.
Great location, staff extremely helpful and pleasant, good service, a comfortable room with easy access to the hotel after pub hours, good value for money.
