The owners were extremely friendly and provided little touches such as milk, juice and biscuits. It was quite wet and they kindly let us park in their driveway. The flat is downstairs from their main residence. Handy to shop and transport.

Very nice staff and good location, 10 minute walk to the main commercial street in Glasgow, and on the way there you can also pass another very busy street. Main lack for me was the lack of a bar in the hostel, there is a common area but people there were mostly working/talking on the phone, not a very sociable atmosphere. Room was nice, all in all, great value for money!
Lively, mid to high end housing and business area. Safe.

Lovely hotel outside of Glasgow, I picked this due to the reviews 😊 excellent rail links into the city centre, very cheap way to travel. We didn't have dinner as we were going to be late and there was no availability but we had breakfast which was well presented, fresh melon, blackberries, grapefruit pomegranate and passion fruit so something a bit different from the usual. Pastries and cold meats and cheese. Varied hot fresh cooked breakfast top. Excellent. Lovely staff and beautifully decorated.
lovely hotel, friendly staff and the mattress and bed linen were wonderful. my room was beautifully decorated. Whilst the location is on a busy road and outside entertaining area below the rooms, all was pretty quiet by 1130pm, but this is offset by how handy the location is for travelling into Glasgow by train and getting to from A74. I would definitely rebook and was sad I only had time for a one night stay.
Really friendly, helpful staff, nothing was ever a bother to them despite how busy they were. Enjoyed a really lovely meal in the bar/restaurant and breakfast was good too. Room was nicely decorating and comfortable. The hotel was really convenient to the train station and lots of little coffee shops. If we are in Giffnock again, we will definitely stay at the Orchard Park Hotel.
Second time I stay at Orchard Park hotel
It's close to my family, in a nice suburb of Glasgow (southside). A nice characteristic building with a very popular pub as part of it.
The breakfast is good (a part from tea and coffee).
The bed is super comfortable
The staff are nice
Locally there are lots of nice cafes, a supermarket
The Burrell Collection and nice parks .
This is a lovely hotel. I was made to feel very welcome too. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the bed was so comfy.
Breakfast was lovely too; hot and cold buffet with lots of choice.
Would not hesitate to come here again! Wonderful.
The bed was very comfortable and the facilities in the room were satisfactory. I had a nice dinner in the hotel with my cousin and the staff did not try to rush us. There was a good selection of hot and cold items on the breakfast buffet.
It was a beautiful little hotel with only about 8 rooms. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were always cheery, friendly, and happy to help. The pub downstairs had a pretty fantastic dinner as well. Our room was very cute.
A lovely and well extended stone semi built to last in Giffnock, Glasgow. great period features with a good mix of modern upgrades. lovely shared bathroom, enormous bath. once off to sleep I did sleep soundly.
It was a nice hotel with friendly staff and the location was great for what we needed. Although it was so busy in the bar and restaurant it didn’t interfere with our stay at all.
The rooms were fantastic! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming to me and my family. I cannot say how amazing EVERYTHING was at the hotel.
