I have already answered previously. I’d now like to know when Booking.com will give me back the £30.00, The Lakeside have given me back in the form of a refund. I’m still waiting a reply from my email to you sent last week. The Lakeside have refunded half of my booking fee to Booking.com and I asked you for that last week, it still needs transferring to my bank account please. When will this happen?

I am pleased that I have been offered a full refund from Lakeside Lodges as my stay was far from perfect and until the whole place has been completely renovated I will not be staying again. The room we initially had been given keys for had no electricity, so we were given keys to another room this had: Frayed carpet Lamp had no on/off switch Kettle can only be used on floor Bath had horrid stains in Smelled of stale cigarette smoke Blind and window in bathroom disgusting and dirty It took 2 emails to get my refund and a dispute as to whether we had been offered a room in the main hotel (we weren't). I would hate for other travellers to have the same experience as me, I only wish I had read the reviews before booking!
