The fridge full of snacks and great breakfast items around (fresh eggs and bread for the toaster with the egg-microwave tub was genius). Didn't expect a smart TV but always welcome! The farm life nearby and the Inn for food was delightful.

Brilliant location, Andy was super helpful and the tents were awesome. Overall a really great experience.
It was very peaceful if you need that get away feel .
It was very peaceful if you need that get away feel . Excellent continental breakfast and the eggs were fresh from the owners chickens . Nice view into country side . Host Kim and Gary were very friendly and helpful . The only thing I would say is if you are tall be careful with your head on the side of the room as the walls slant up to the ceiling as it is a barn conversion . Just remember to duck your head 😊

Beautiful countryside, lots of interesting places to visit.Thames, and Henley are lovely towns all with great shops and restaurants. We travelled to The Frog at Skirmett for Sunday lunch ,it was superb !! Fantastic food .The reason for our trip to this area was a visit to Chiltern Valley Winery for a wine tasting experience ,this I can highly recommend ! Very informative ,lovely to see the vineyard ,and how the final product tastes! They also have a micro brewery and do the most incredible liquors . Well worth a visit .

Restaurant food really really tasty and served piping hot and in good time.
Man at reception/bar so so rude, no smiles no warmth and the way he spoke to us was like we were an inconvenience. After having to be served by him twice my partner actually asked him is everything ok and is there a reason that you are speaking to us like that.
Lovely room, quite old fashioned but it didnt matter as it was Immaculate.

we had a twin courtyard room which was very spacious . The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good shower. The heating and air conditioning unit was easy to regulate. Tea coffee milk and biscuits were available with a kettle and fridge provided. the bedrooms and main part of the hotel have been redecorated and are pleasant.
The hotel was dog friendly, The room was clean and comfortable, Although we didn't see much of the staff, due to covid, the ones we did see were very helpful, polite and pleasant, A bonus was an enclosed paddock to the rear, where we could walk our dogs.
Fabulous breakfast, hot breakfast cooked to order, plus tea, coffee, juice, cereals and fruit, including strawberries. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Location good for us as we were visiting Chinnor railway.
Fabulous rooms very spacious. Overlooking local countryside. Travelled with the family dog and two children. I want to thank the hotel for making our one night stay extremely comfortable.
The hotel was close to the route of the walk I was on and had everything I needed. My room was well equipped, I ate well in the dining room that night and breakfast was good too.
The hotel is simple and clean. The room was freshly prepared for our (early) arrival and the staff were so accommodating. The breakfast was delicious as well. Would recommend
