Great to have a bath to soak in after a day's walk on the West Highland Way, wish more places we stayed had a bath. It was quiet and comfortable and a great location. Excellent value for money.

Friendly campsite with tents, pods etc in a good location for hiking and seeing the beautiful highlands. Showers and loos were clean. We forgot to bring bedding for the pod but were able to hire it. It was a bit hot in the pod as there is only one small window to the front (very high temps of 25 degrees at the time) but apart from that we were comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Perfect stop over when doing the WHW. Very warm, cosy and comfortable. The site staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My favorite stop over on The Way.

Right next to lower tyndrum train station. We walked out the station and into the site. We forgot bedding but By The Way rented us quilts and pillows for £6 each for the two nights,, excellent value. The place was spotless,, not a piece of litter anywhere to be seen. The hut was spotless as was the shower block. All in all I don’t think you will find better value for money anywhere in Scotland.

A pleasant cottage in a beautiful and quiet location in nature with its own bathroom and parking space. The living room and dining area were quite spacious, although the bedrooms were small, the beds little bit smaller, but it was fine. The proximity to the railway line did not matter at all.
