Great location, very close to the centre of St Remy but very very quiet. Didn’t really feel like a hotel, more like a bed and breakfast. No communal areas such as a bar appeared to be open when we were there (October). Room was comfortable although furnishings were quite sparse …shabby chic.

We loved the availability of good restaurants and a large supermarket not far from the town centre. We enjoyed the history of the area (Roman and Art) and the natural features of the surrounding areas of Provence.

We only stayed for 4 nights, it was not enough, wish it could have been a couple of weeks. The area is beautiful and tranquil, felt so relaxed there, yet there is also so much to do. Although only a short stay we took a boat trip in the Carmague (from St Marie sur Mer) stopped at Arles to see the Coliseum, visited Pont Gard, walked on the bridge at Avignon, followed the Van Gogh trail and explored Glanum. On our way back to Nice we stopped at Aix. Good food and wine was always close by and the people we met most friendly. Would love to return one day.

St.Remy is the kind of town that you fall in love with.
St.Remy is the kind of town that you fall in love with. There are so many restaurants to choose from and all of them are really good. The people of St.Remy are friendly and helpful and for the shoppers there is something different for everyone in the beautiful little streets of St.Remy.
The walk-about tour of Vincent van Gogh is lovely to experience.

St Remy is a gorgeous village in Provence, with lots of little lanes to get lost in and plenty of lovely shops and restaurants to visit and keep you entertained. A must on a visit is the free walking tour of the sights that inspired van Gogh which finishes at Saint-Paul Asylum - where he self-admitted himself. It is also a great place from which to explore the surrounding countryside and villages

Market day was fabulous, and restaurants though a couple of restaurants wouldnt allow us to share meals, being older people our appetities are smaller and while if they were full could understand but when restaurant not even half full felt that was being a bit precious. Otherwise people friendly and helpful, our hotel "Melody" were very helpful and welcoming. Loved the small viiages up in the hills we visited
People driving though should be more considerate and stop tail gating please.

The room was just perfect, clean and tidy. The hotel is in a quiet location so there was never any disruption. The family run business is very evident as they are so attentive to their guests. The pool is a lovely addition to be able to sit back and relax. The location is only a small walk about 5 minutes to the centre of town and bus routes.
This is a gorgeous historic hotel that has been recently renovated. The rooms were big and very comfortable, the staff were lovely - super friendly and helpful with lots of local advise. It is walkable to everything in St Remy, but equally, it is so lovely you might just want to enjoy being in the hotel..... would highly recommend
The staff is very kind and hard working. This is not a luxury hotel, as it has no restaurant, or ice machine. The pool is great, and the grounds very nice. You will have to go into town to eat. The towels are old and thin and could be upgraded. The staff is terrific! Very pretty setting!
Very nice and relaxing place. The city centre is just 5 min walk from the hotel. There is a nice terrace and swimming pool to relax and there is a free parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Staff was kind and helpful.
Overall, the location is charming.
Great size of the property! great pool and arround the pool. the room are nicely equipped and the interior design is well done! friendly staff but discrete when it need to be.
and THE breakfast, it was the best hotel breakfast ever!
We will be back!
We love everything about the hotel! Marion was so accommodating to our requests. The place was tastefully styled with a lovely backyard, and always smelt wonderful. It was the most memorable experience and we enjoyed every second there :)
There is nothing not to love about this property - you are getting exactly what is advertised, 5 star service in an ideal setting. A true resort near St. Remy - absolutely stunning. The service was fantastic and the dinner was delicious.
Great room, in a building separate from the main home. Quiet and relaxing. Very good breakfast, sitting out in the sun talking with our host. It is located on the edge of St Remy, but the walk to town and back is easy.
The staff was helpful, responsive and kind. The wonderful breakfast in the beautiful garden was a treat. The rooms were spacious, lovely and comfortable. The location was perfect for a visit to St. Remy.
Laurence, massieve credits to her, made sure we felt comfortabel and weren’t missing anything.
Every year we visit Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. This is by far (location, clean, ..) the best one we’ve stayed in.
The staff were amazing. So nice and gave us lifts to and from St Remy when there were no taxis available. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, located in stunning, peaceful grounds.
Beautiful home near St. Remy and hiking trails. Spacious, clean, decorated well and close to neighboring villages. Alice, the host was pleasant, communicative and helpful.
Lavinia was such a welcoming and lovely host. The hotel was charming, the room was lovely. We loved sitting by the pool after a busy day. Breakfast was delightful!
The hotel is located just outside of Saint Rémy. It has a beautiful garden with a lovely pool. We had a comfortable room with a terrace onto the garden.
