Beautiful place but be prepared, it is very quiet. Nothing much open at night except we ate at Le Treille and it was outstanding! Make sure you go here as the food was excellent and the service even better. We stayed one night as a group of friends.

Care if you come in September, many of the towns facilities...
Care if you come in September, many of the towns facilities have closed as summer by local standards has finished!! Local market was interesting and the town has 3 bus services (90) from tram stop Grande Areneas in Nice. It Changed in September, 2019.

We found the hotel La Bonne Auberge ten years ago. It is a very nice and friendly hotel owned by the same family since generations. Breakfast has reached continental level and the restaurant is one of the best in the village. Grandmother is still daily overlooking the restaurant and the reception giving excellent customer service.EskilYoung couple

Saint-Martin-Vesubie is very cozy, you have great shops (cheese, meat, bakeries), try local beer (Brasserie du Comté), it can be found in all shops, supermarkets, and in the Brasserie itself, 2min drive from the city. We enjoyed few hikes in the valley. Unfortunetly the road la Madone de Fenestre was still closed during our stay.
