Requested late check in, and staff waited for us, much appreciated. However as we booked in a hurry having no internet or wifi on the road, we did not realise there was no shower included. Upon arrival we were told we could have a shower for €10 extra. Plus we had to pay extra €20 for our 2 cats which were in a box. Felt these charges were unnecessary as room was very small. Tried to draw curtains and curtain rail fell out of wall, tv was really small, carpet looked worn. Needs renovation. But everything worked and we were grateful for a room at short notice. Were not given wifi code so could not book room for next night on our journey...

The Originals City, Hôtel La Cour Carrée, EU Carrée, Le Tréport Sud, once a 19th-century farmhouse, has been a charming hotel since 1991. It is ideal for your next trip to Normandy.

Property was welcoming and clean . Comfortable bed although no real section of tea or any milk in room. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of selection for continental. We did eat there one of the evenings and we had lamb shank and fish. The meal was lovely and thought we would eat there again for the next evening but the menu was the same and they were the only two choices .

This resort was very welcoming with a large pebbled beach and a small lighthouse. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from and great views from the cliff tops. There is even a handy funicular offering great views of the beach and sea.

We booked a junior suite with sea view and balcony which was very nice and had a four poster bed! Views out to sea and the surrounding large lawned area which also has a campsite with chalets and pitches but not open this early in the season. The hotel has rooms arranged in a sort of colonial motel style on the upper level and others in the main hotel at the front of the building. A short (but steep) walk to the small beach and restaurant a few meters away. Plenty of convenient parking.
Quaint seaside hotel where you could imagine your grandparents had been staying.
We got to stay in one of the newly built cottages that had a view over the sea.
Very fresh and comfortable!
The location of the hotel is excellent, the room in the annexe block was lovely, a good size and a great location with direct access which makes life very easy when travelling with a dog.
Hotel was quirky French style, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff and close to the sea. Plenty of outside area/furniture for sunbathing and breakfast outside.
