Friendly staff, plenty of parking (which was key for us), good cleanliness. Long walk into Strasbourg but it is possible, we walked along the river which was pleasant. The hotel is looking a bit old but it was clean, tidy & staff are very helpful.

Good location, slightly out of the centre but easily accessible with the team. Some may find it too far out if not very able. Helpful staff at reception and friendly at breakfast. Quiet hotel with undisturbed sleep, you can't say that about all hotels.

The facilities were great. Our room was nice decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully designed and has Codage products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream. Spa facilities are really good with large swimming pool.
