ロケーションが良かった。目の前は海ではなくラグーンだがその先に海が見える。オレロン島の姿も見えて、部屋からの景色はとても美しい。建物は堅固なコンクリート建築で壁も厚く防音がしっかりして隣室や上階の音が聞こえることはほとんど無い。逆に入口のドアと窓を閉めると密閉感が強くなるほど。隣はレストランで評価も高い)ただし月火休で食べる機会はなかった)。 ビーチとオロロン島観光を楽しむには最適の場所だと思う。
