wonderful, clean apartments!! the owners welcomed us very well, and since we arrived on Sunday after lunch and everything was closed, they took us to the store and back to buy groceries! For which we are very grateful to them! I recommend it to everyone who is planning a trip to these places!😘

Very nice place, comfortable and nice rooms. Very gentle and helpful staff and very good breakfast. Warm common areas.
Actually Soto del Barco is a very tiny village. There is a paved path leading to a "castle" which is very amenable (the path, the castle is private), and then you can walk 2km to the beach of Los Quebrantos, which is splendid. The walk is by the road (so no risk at all).
The views from the hotel "Palacio de la Magdalena" are totally world-class. And the cook there is great. Book your table in advance.
Our stay at the Hotel was amazing. It's family run and we immediately felt very welcomed.very attentive host nothing seemed like to much bother. The giant bed is amazing, honestly the best bed we've slept in a very long time. Very good delicious breakfast. If we were not traveling by bicycles we would have stayed more nights. I highly recommend staying here for longer if you can.The views are spectacular and the area is really quiet. I dig this place especially the garden. 😍😍 Definitely coming back.
This hotel is a great find in this area. We were just spending one night after arriving from a long set of flights. This hotel exceeded our expectations and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, the bed more comfortable than most hotels, and the staff and service went out of their way to ensure we were well cared for. We will definitely stay here again when in this area and recommend it highly.
Wonderful hotel in rural area. It is peaceful, very clean. Amazing staff who spoke english.
The only drop back was far from eateries and neeed a car to get around. It was not a problem for us coz were there for a hike. The beack was 3.5km away and endless hikes.
It also close to the airport. Great llace to stay actsr long flight in and early flight out of oviedo
Highly recommend to anyone
I loved this hotel. It was built with rock and wood and was beautifully decorated with traditional Asturian touches. There was even a Horreo outside! I woke up in the morning and the little village was wrapped in fog and cows were hanging out nearby. I felt like i was in Scotland.
We had a delightful stay in Palacio de la Magdalena. The location and views are stunning. The hotel itself is extraordinarily eye catching. We very much liked our room. The staff were helpful and the food was very good. We recommend this hotel highly.
The hotel was beautiful and the host was amazing! Such an awesome guy who spoke really well English. We really enjoyed talking to him. He really made us feel at home and prepared us a lovely breakfast. He even gave me a donut for on the way, happy me!
Very friendly host and owner. More like being invited to his home than a hotel. Best bed i slept in for 3 weeks. He also prepared and excellent breakfast for me even if i was the only guest. I will be back
Very quiet place, ideal for a good sleep after a long activity day. Facilities are quite comfortable and bar located right in the same hotel building has a top notch coffee and good stuff for breakfast.
We came in winter time and I believe that in summer this place has a lot to offer. We stayed only one night on our road trip and it was a good choice as we like these family hotels.
