I stayed here with my mum as a last minute 10 day stay whilst competing.
We did have issues with the first room we had but as soon as we raised the issue they moved us to a new room.
Then the second room shower drain didn’t work, so immediately put us into another room without any issues
The staff were lovely and really accommodating for us!

There isn't much to do in El Puig, to be honest.
There isn't much to do in El Puig, to be honest. We stayed there because were invited to a wedding at La Cartuja, which is a very nice place. We took advantage to visit the Monasterio de Santa María del Puig (guided tours during the morning) in the center of town and the Printing Museum, in the same Monastery building. Both were nice. About 25 minutes heading North we visited the Coves de St. Josep, in which you take a boat ride on the longest underground waterway in Europe! And further 60 minutes North, on the coast, the beautiful town of Peñíscola.RamonSpain - 6.0Scored 6.0

But it has all you need: restaurants & supermarket. Hotel's location is great to travel with the car to the seashore, Sagunt, Valencia, Valencia airport, Coves de Sant Josep, Salto de Novia, L'Albufera. Room was very clean. Staff was wonderful. At first our room had bad wifi, so they proposed to change the room. Staff from restaurant is very helpful and nice. Everyday cleaning. Free parking on the street. Shower was great.

Probably the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever had in a hotel. The shower was really good ('power shower'!). The area is very quiet, no traffic noise or any other disturbances. Conveniently close to the city centre of Valencia (+/- 30 minutes drive) but you would need to a taxi or a rental car. Staff is super friendly. Beds where comfortable. Bathroom ample and fully equipped with all toiletries, towels etc. Common areas and grounds are well designed and the pool / jacuzzi setting is just right . Breakfast was also of very good quality with a wide variety. The "honesty bar" an awesome offering. Basically 24 hour self serve drinks and snacks.
