    Hotel room was clean.

Hotel room was clean. Nice little balcony but could only use it to dry our clothes. Our room was western exposure and became extremely hot. Unbearable . I would not recommend this hotel to my friends. Hotel was basically empty and they could have been thoughtful enough to put us on Northern or Eastern exposure. If I had know I would have asked for the western or eastern side.

This is a fascinating town because of its length, full of surprises, its churches, its convent from where you can buy cakes and Tau crosses, its castle you can climb up to, a castle that has been renovated and is well worth a visit.

This was a wonderful place to stay whilst walking the Camino. The hotel is beautiful with stunning decor. My room was fabulous - so very confortable and luxurious. Margarita, who owns the hotel, takes such a pride in the beautiful building. The attention to detail everywhere is very clear. I enjoyed breakfast and the home-cooked dinner in the restaurant with the fantastic views as well as a glass of wine on the terrace. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a touch of luxury.

Great place! Lovely clean and spacious room (much bigger in real life than it looks in my picture) with modern bathroom with good water pressure. The host was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! The hotel is centrally located and also has a restaurant and laundry machine making it a great one stop shop on the Camino.

Amazing new albergue just at the entrance of Castrojeriz. The owner was super friendly and welcoming and helped organise a taxi back to Burgos for my husband. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Castrojeriz is a lovely town with loads of history - possibly one of my favourite stops on the Camino so far!

Located right at the end of Castrojeriz, Rosalia is a great pilgrim hostel to mingle with other pilgrims. It doesn't take long for Rosalia fill up. I enjoy my stay here. Javier is a great host and the breakfast was perfect for the next day's walk!

Lovely property - it’s like staying in an historic albergue / hostel on the Camino - but with bonus hotel amenities. Fernando is a great host who speaks perfect English. They have a bar and offer a good value supper in their restaurant.

The hotel and gardens were gorgeous. There was large footbath in the garden . The staff was great- helpful, courteous, and spoke English. Hotel Manager Leandro and Assistant Manager Christian set the bar high as innkeepers.
