Location was impressive.whan I found it.Around Lorca I'm.told that there are 3 signs indicating where the parador in located .Route finding is an adventure for the novices it's to the left after the tunnels heading for Alicante. There are signs here just find them and the directions up the hill are good
I drove a few times around the town before finding the correct route.Have fun!!!

The location of hotel was good for me as I like walking and it was only a short stroll to the city centre. The breakfast was very good and well worth the money. Excellent selection of food and drinks. I have booked several more breaks at this hotel over the next few months.
It is only forty minutes drive from home so is ideal for me.
