We booked and received confirmation. A day before arrival I send a message to confirm the reservation and ask for late check in. Hotel replied and CLEARLY confirmed the reservation and my check in between 2 to 3 AM.
I arrived to the hotel at 2:36 AM and receptionist said they have no vacancy. NEVER TRUST TO THEM AND DISTROY YOUR VACATION. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The receptionist was great! She was so helpful and very good english speaker, which surprised me in a good way for sure. She upgrade our room for free. Wish you the best. :)
Also the location was great. Not so far from SDQ airport, 10minutes by car.
The hotel is close to the beach, like 2mins by foot.
They have a private parking place, feeling safe. There was man standing outside and opening the gates. We appreciate that. :)
One more thing to add: THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT. The breakfast was stuning! And we also went for the dinner, tapas was perfect. :)
