Breakfast was OK, it could improve a little bit. Staff was outstanding
Under construction right now. Looks like it can be a cute little community to walk for an evening, but not much to do longer than a day. Will need to drive everyone, but good central location to lots of wineries.

The hotel is going through renovations, we stayed in 1 out of 3 suites they had. The other 2 were still in renovations. The room was huge, bed was so comfy and the big bath tub was great., big balcony was an amazing view. But still needs some work. Overall we loved our room and enjoyed out stay.

Jordan was chosen not specifically for any attractions...
Jordan was chosen not specifically for any attractions nearby. Most people will see Jordan as a sign on the highway and know it for wineries and artisan style shops. Not as touristy as Niagara-on-the-Lake might be but definitely local enjoyment can be had. Jordan is comprised of a harbour on the lake (where the Beacon we stayed is) and the village like areas further south. For those who have plans to travel anywhere in Niagara, Jordan is centrally located and along the QEW so access to Grimsby, Vineland, Beamsville, and Stoney Creek/Hamilton is east to access.

The location and staff were great.
The location and staff were great. They accommodated our request for early check-in.
The room smelled, there was no pool and very poor TV reception. Also there was only one facecloth provided and no tub mat.

We enjoyed our stay at this property.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is beautiful and very spacious. The pool adds for superb relaxation as long as weather permitting. Was close to wineries, shopping and Niagara. Would definitely want to stay here again for a family or friends trip to the area.
We had a group of 9 at this location. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. Plenty of space while hanging out. The home is in a nice rural location with nearby farmer's markets. It is close to the QEW, which makes trips to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, and Toronto convenient. And it is a 5 minute drive to a nice park on the shores of Lake Ontario. Wal-Mart and Foodland stores are a short drive away, which is convenient for getting supplies. And last but not least, there are many nearby wineries.
We were hiking the Bruce Trail and arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm after walking for ~15 hrs. Even though we didn't ask for it or seemed visibly distressed, one of the staff, offered voluntarily to drive us back to the lodge, which is 500m away from the check-in place. We are grateful for her sensitivity (apparently a hiker herself!) and hospitality, who went the extra mile for her guests.
It was annoying that there was no check in at this location
Also the fact that the kitchen didn’t open until 11 was super disappointing. The inn on the 20 location had a kitchen open but having to walk done the street sucked
It should have been made WAAAAY more clear that these things didn’t exist at the Jordan House location.
Would not have booked here. I feel scammed.
The view is excellent and every time I drove to Niagara I always thinking to stay and try this hotel, and I found it so beautiful the lake views and from now on, I know a place to stay if we want to enjoy the lake
so close to cave springs winery, walking distance. Also restaurant, which was exceptionally delicious.
Room was spacious and clean, although the carpeting needs replaced. Bathroom
was large.
The hotel is gorgeous, the 12' ceilings are lovely, the room was really nice, the staff were great, the restaurant and spa were excellent. Ball's Falls and Bruce trail were nice for hiking.
The location in the lovely town of Jordan was perfect. The attachment to the Jordan Tavern was smart and easy to access. The value for the property is perfect.
