위치가 정말 좋았고 모는 창문으로 바다를 볼 수 있어 특히 좋았어요. 수영장의 물온도 뷰도 정말 좋았어요

위치와 아침식사 장소의 뷰는 리우데자네이루의 어떤 호텔보다도 멋짐. Pão de açucar와 예수상을 아우르는 멋진뷰. Rio 출장때는 항상 이 호텔을 이용

직원들은 친철 했다

직원들은 항상 친절하고 웃는 얼굴이었음. 아침에 조식 먹는 레스토랑에서 룸 넘버를 체크하는 직원이나 프론트의 몇몇 직원들은 우리 얼굴을 외워서 오며가며 친절한 인사를 건네었다. 직원들의 친절함이 시설의 부족함을 상쇄해 주었다. 호텔 위치는 완벽하고, 엎어지면 코 닿을 곳에 바다인, 코파카바나 비치의 한가운데. 시설은 낡긴 해도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있으며, 강아지 동반 비용은 3박 4일에 150헤알이었음.(다른 호텔보다 싼 편인 대신에, 따로 서비스 용품은 없었다.) 온수가 정말 뜨겁고 콸콸 나옴. 어메니티는 보통. 티비는 채널이 여러 개지만 화질이 좋진 않았다. 방에 있는 음료수(생수 포함)와 과자는 모두 유료.(가격표가 방에 비치되어 있지 않음.... 강아지 주려고 컵물 하나 땄는데, 5헤알이었음.) 와이파이는 잘 터지는 편. 주차는 발렛서비스로 호텔 앞에 맡기고 일일비용이 발생되며, 매번 오래 기다리지 않고 차를 찾을 수 있었다. 체크아웃은 12시였고 좀 늦는 것은 양해되었으며, 체크인도 무료로 약간 빠르게 해주었다. 침대는 크고 편했음. The staff were always friendly and smiling. The staff checking the room number in the morning at the restaurant where we have breakfast and some staff at the front desk memorized our faces and greeted us kindly. The friendliness of the staff made up for the lack of facilities. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the middle of Copacabana Beach, with the ocean at your nose. Although the facility is old, it is clean and well-maintained, and the cost of bringing a dog was 150 reis for 3 nights. (It was cheaper than other hotels, but there were no service supplies.) The hot water is really hot and very good. Amenities are average. The TV had several channels, but the picture quality was not good. All drinks (including bottled water) and sweets in the room are charged. (Price tag is not provided in the room.... I got a cup of water for my dog, but it was 5 reis.) Wifi works well. Parking is a valet service in front of the hotel and a daily fee is incurred, and I was able to find a car without waiting for a long time each time. Our bed is really huge and comfortable.
