Rhe staff is rude and unprofessional! I am still waiting for a fill refund after a major ceiling leak during rain! I had to leave the hotel because no other room was available. Receptionist kept lying she could not reach the manager ! AVOID THIS HOTEL EVEN IF THE PRICE IS ATTRACTIVE BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.

Great place with extremelly spacious rooms, a place where the concept “All Inclusive” stands out:the food it’s available all day long, the most important place in the building(the bar, ofcourse) also available till midnight with a wide variaty of drinks for everyone; guarded underground parking and loads of things to do inside & outside of the hotel plus everyone was so attentive(starting with the ppl from reception, bar & dinning area too). Every night around 20.30 they’ve had a 30’ show for kids(dancing&singing) where after 21.00 the adults show came into action and you would’ve been entertain by the host till almost midnight. Strongly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage and we would gladly return here with pleasure.

Room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable..Very clean with a good shower and nice towels. The staff were friendly and the location is close to center and sea port. there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby The train station is a 20 min walk away Bus station is a 50 mins walk away.
