Spa is a town with a great history, and its fairly easy to get to know. The tourism office was very helpful, especially with information, maps, etc about walks in the area. We enjoyed the thermal baths, the funicular railway, hiking in the countryside, and walking around the township looking at the variety of architectural styles. There was a festival on while we were there, and some free activities which were great fun. Meals were a bit inconsistent, but we had a wonderful dining experience at l'Auberge restaurant - great food, great service, good value.

Lovely stay in Spa, we went for the Porsche weekend at Francorchamps. The hotel was about a 6 mile easy drive away. Spa is a quaint town with a beautiful church, some great shops and has some lovely bars and restaurants. a visit to the Thermes De Spa is a must, which the Radisson Blu Palace has it's own access to via the funicular.

The city is small but has everything you could need for a short relaxing trip. We went specifically for the thermal baths so did not get to try out the hiking trails which I hear are beautiful. I highly recommend booking restaurants in advance and making sure you get a booking confirmation as it can get pretty busy during peak hours.Tiffany

The property is tucked away from the road, with its own roof terrace. It has been renovated to the highest of standards, with every detail considered. We were simply blown away by the sense of luxury. Comfortable beds, clean towels and quality bed linen, well equipped kitchen and a fantastic sense of style throughout. It was just strange we couldn't get a double bed, and were told the hotel didn't have them, which seemed bizarre or untrue. The breakfast was good, and the single beds pushed together were comfortable. It is close to Spa by drive and some good walks.
