On arrival into the reception what appeared to be the smell of urine was almost unbearable, this smell permeated into the hallways too.
There was no restaurant, no minibars and in the hallways were spare beds and laundry bags.
The room was clean and didn’t smell but the towels were somewhat old and threadbare.
Would not stay here again.

This venue is really run down and needs a major face lift of the lobby and outside of the rooms - the carpets are from the 90's!! The inside of the rooms have been renovated which is great but the sheets weren't clean and the tv is really old The place need a good overhaul!

The position is great being very close to Eastland shopping centre & not too far from Box Hill shopping centre, Mitcham also has a very good little shopping centre of it's own. Entertainment is easy to get to with both Ringwood & Box Hill being so close. It's also very easy to get around if one is without a car as there are busses and trains not too far away! If one doesn't want to eat in the motel, there is a great choice of restaurants and cafes in the area to choose from!

I like this hotel very much.
I like this hotel very much. There isn’t anything really negative about it. I need good wifi which is there, and good lighting, plenty of power points, and cupboards, and a desk.Maybe the restaurant might consider operating a small cafe between meals.
it was a unique location because although it wasn’t in a busy area as you would have thought having a HWY address, it was situated NEAR everything Public Transport and a massive Shopping Mall, Eastland, was 15 minutes away by car or bus! AND I loved the soaps/shampoo. It’s not often you get a pleasant surprise like that in a value for money Hotel.
First time ever I have had to specifically request room service, during the time I had to go to a cupboard and get my own towels, wet ones stacking up in the corner. There was a note stating that due to covid there was no room make up, what a load of rubbish, I stay in hotels weekly for work and will not stay here again
Staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, comfortable and had good amenities. I loved that the window opened so that we had fresh air coming in, which we find very important. The rooms were quiet and hotel is in a great location. I would stay here again.
The room is really clean and well maintained. The room was quiet and provided good tea and coffee. The hotel has easy access and is good for parents with children. Staff great and able to assist with all queries. Really friendly and professional staff.
