We booked family room. On arrival late in the evening we had to wait loooooong time in reception after they realized that our family room was sold out. No special excuse just they give us 2 rooms - it was hard as we traveled with kids, and also we had one toiletry bag - so we had to jump non stop from one room to another. In room there was mold smell. Also corridors and reception were not clean at all. Not reccomended.

Very clean, towels and sheets changed each day. Duvet and two pillows for every guest. Stunning view from 17th floor (room) and 22nd floor (canteen). Hotel was really well communicated with the rest of the city. Ironing set and a hairdryer was an asset. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind, they spoke very good English. Free WiFi without a need for a log in.

In a quiet location in the district of Liesing and qualified for the Austrian Eco Label, Am Spiegeln offers free parking and free WiFi in the building and the garden.
