The owner was very accommodating, and he responded to messages which made it easier for me to find the hostel. I arrived at 9am and i was able to check in right away. I was also able to use the time to take a rest before going out which was a big thing for me coz i was also working so i would rest when i get the chance. Renting bicycle for 1000yen for the whole duration of the stay was also worth it! I loved the experience. It also has complete toiletries so you wont really need anything. I was impressed with the amount of skin care in the shower room too 😊 i always appreciate free coffee/tea too! And one last thing, laundry was also free!!! You'll save a lot if you stay here. Id definitely stay again! I love the hostel and i love kyoto!!

Best capsule hotel experience so far. In my 2weeks trip, i stayed in 3 different capsules and I would say acro is the best. Best location and clean capsule with privacy. The locker and bathroom are separated from the sleeping area which is nice. Overall, excellent experience.
